NICARAGUA SALPICON (DOES NOT CONTAIN CILANTRO).I ORDERED BEEF SOUP AND IT DID NOT HAVE CASSAVA, NOR POTATO, OR CHAYOTE. JUST A SQUARE OF AYOTE, A WHEEL OF CORN AND A PIECE OF ITALIAN PIPIAN. LITTLE CABBAGE, MEAT 3 PIECES ABOUT 2X2 INCHESVERY SMALL AND FEW FOOD PIGS.SERVICE, NOT FRIENDLY... AVERAGE PRICES LIKE OTHER NICAS RESTAURANTS..., LIKE FOR SUCH A BAD PROPORTION AND BAD SERVICE.

Driving by I had to stop to fix a flat at the tire shop next door when I saw this restaurant sign and decided to give it a try because I love Central American food, Specially when it’s Baho as it’s hard to find. That was my intention but they only serve it on the weekends. Decided to try instead the Chancho con Yuca. I have to say that it was ok but too overpriced ($14 total) for the amount of the portion served. Restaurant and restroom very clean.

The food was excellent, we had the plate for 2 for $34.00 with tax. Shredded beef, small steak strip, chicken breastplate, rice mixed with beans, fried plantains, fried cheese, yuca, and some salad. Who can ask for more!!! And on top of that everything was so tasty.

Definitely the owner of this establishment has completely changed Nicaraguan gastronomy, I don't know what she is believing, other than incredible how people continue buying this poorly made food.

The food was ok,Price is just too high, and they charge $1.25 for debit are credit that just insane.25$ for carne desmenusada and a medium drink. Not worth it! ?Prices online are not accurate, so ask before you order.

I always enjoy your food but the chicharrón is just the same you find in the supermarket. Very thin pork belly skin with no meat in it. Not a quality chicharrón. Other than that everything I have tried is very good. It was 12.11 for the service. I can tell the yuca was very soft and flavory.

They don't add meat to the enchiladas, just rice.
