Great place to eat and service was excellent. The portions were worth the cost. The staff was awesome and the manager was friendly, greeted every customer that enter this establishment. The restaurant was every clean. There was no disruptive behavior, like most fast food places. If you had a bad experience before, give them another chance you will not be disappointed.Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious restaurant to accommodate wheelchairs at their tables
We had a great experience, the employees were nice and the manager Jose had an awesome attitude and recognized us from the Fontana restaurant which made us feel welcomed.

Amazing service didn't get his name but he was really respectful and after I drove off from the drive thru he chased me on the road to give me my extra dressing. Great man. Better then Chick-fil-A service.:)

The service was pretty okay, and I ordered chicken and a large Mac and cheese. the chicken was a bit cold when I got it and the Mac and cheese had something weird and purple in it. It was pretty bad, but still not the worst Pollo loco I've had.

Honestly if I could not do a star I would have rated this place horribly the food was cold the "manager" caught an attitude with my lady about a hair that was found in our food I will never return to this
