I ordered a chicken salad and they gave me a taco salad, I also ordered a tortilla soup that only seemed like water, they put a little chicken and some other vegetables in it, it didn't even have a little salt :( also the chicken in the combo that I ordered super dry :(

Here we go again!!! Ordered the "New Festive Family 8 pieces Meal" For the record this is not the first time that I find half a thighs instead of a whole thigh. This time I checked my order before driving away. They literally and purposely are cutting a thigh in half. They gave me four half thighs. I walked inside the restaurant and asked them to replace the thighs for whole ones. This Yelp will be a bit different because I want to ask everyone to check their orders and if you happened to find those half thighs bring them in and make sure you get what you are paying for. I am emailing their corporate office and share with them my experience. As we all know everyone is shrinking their products and yet charging more. In this case they can't shrink the thighs but are cutting them in half. It's a very deplorable practice charging us customers for 8 pieces of chicken when in reality they are only placing 6 pieces. Unless we use our voices this franchises will keep treating us customers as a bunch of nobodies. They need to learn that we have more choices and we have a voice. Wake up people let's show them!
