“On 10/14/22, Friday, I have to say, "Thank you "Jesus"! Apologies to the customers that had a horrible taste experience. Please take it back for them to correct the problem. The owner and cook really believe in satisfying their customers. Finally, I found a Soul Food taste- Family Fish Market that you can either buy for them to fry or order from the menu. The Awesome Phenomenal Woman that cooked my food was like the song, "This girl is on fire!" Lol's! I do not know if she went to Culinary school but she definitely knows how to cook. I give her the "Honorary Chef" award! Lol's Phenomenal Chef fried my fish, shrimps and oysters definitely made my nature rise. It was so De-Li-Cious!!!!!!! (Smile) Ladies, if you don't like to cook. Order from the Family Fish Market, and put it on a plate for dinner. Men will be too busy enjoying the food to ask did you cook this? All you have to do is smile and serve. Lol's After they eat from the Family Fish Market the Husband will be happy from the Fish, Oysters and the Wife or Significant other will be happy from NOT having to cook!!! Lol's I enjoy cooking from scratch and this food definitely taste like going to my belated Grandma's house and the way she use to spoil me with her home cooking. "Tear flowing moment". There's nothing like the "Love" shown from grandma/grandpa.. Keeping it real most women do not like to cook because they say they are so tired from working. Lol's My Grandma didn't play that she was all about the cooking, and working. My grandma use to say ,"Baby you make it SooooooO good to a man until he'll know what he is missing if you break up. Lol's What I really appreciate Family Fish Market the food is fresh and you can tell if you're a cook because your food is not brownish from restaurants using the same cooking oil from sunup to sundown like some places! Family Fish Market thank you for pleasing people of all ethnicities from fried chicken wings, (NOT winglets), fish, fries, other sides and let's not forget the lemon cake!!! Hold up. I just dropped the microphone and need to pick it up. Lol's It's Friday, and tonight I didn't make it but I'll definitely be there this weekend!! “I go here afterschool whenever I'm hungry or just tired. The cashier is really nice, and there's a huge variety on the menu. They also have a nice sitting area which is nice since sometimes I would rather not eat the food at home. Overall, the whole place is just really good.“
“My Mom used to take us to H. Salt in Huntington Beach when we were kids 50 years ago. I have so missed that taste. Over the years, I have tried a lot of fish and chips from nice restaurants to other chains and nothing has compared. This location doesn't disappoint, the food is great! The store needs some cleaning up, new paint, etc.“

My fries were a lil cold a couple times, but when the food is fresh and good, and the effort is evident, its impossible to complain. I'll gladly come back.
