I always come and there a lady who always has a attitude. We came one time and she give out our order to someone else and made us wait other 10 minutes for them. We also came on a Friday and the same lady had a weird attitude like if she didn't want to be there so. Why would you guys be hiring people who don't want to be there or want to do there job but food is good sometimes. Sometime we get it and they don't cut the pizza right and we tell her and we still get it the same way. You guys need to look into the type of employees you guys hire.

The service is the worse with the youngings they have working at the one in N. Rialto. They hang up on people saying that they "don't understand!" What they mean to say is that they don't want to work. And once we got there all they did was laugj about hanging up the phone. Like, really!?!?!? It's a shame that those kids are giving this place such a bad reputation. Management needs to step in and take care of business, otherwise those kids will end up making good places like this shut down for lack of people skills and horrible customer service!

Pizza is great at a great price, 1st time trying it and it's close in my neighborhood. Picking up is not an issue,reminds me of several pizza places in one, not heavy on the sauce,more cheese than usual places and the garlic butter on crust isn't overpowering. I think I've found my spot to go to than the other places, when I messed up on my order there was clear communication on what happened, it was resolved and they gave me replacements
on 12/24/2023 I called to order a pizza I arrived to pick up my order and in my car I checked it before leaving and the pizza was hot but it looked old and hard to the touch and the bread was broken due to dryness and the pepperoni was dry without The grease was like it was old and they reheated it. I came back and the young man who had a Mario Bros. cap refused to exchange it and I didn't receive my refund because I left it on the counter. There are always very friendly girls and good pizza, but this time it wasn't like that.

Very disappointed with receptionist who answered phone who states her name is “Mary” she hesitated to say her name! If there was a zero stars I would definitely give them zero stars due to bad customer service, no quality service and inappropriate talking back to customers over the phone! Receptionist made order wrong and manager refused to provide us with another pizza and over charged us DO NOT RECOMMEND bad service, and bad food

The pizza is whatever, the service is worse. Ordered on a Sunday, their website says they’re open on sundays, and they’re closed. I send them an email for a refund and no response days later. $20 and nothing to show for it.
