Been here a few times and the fries are always cold along with the burgers. The cheese is never melted and the burger taste freezer burned all the time including the new smash burgers. I don't understand how they got such a high rating but it deserves no more than a one until they can get their act together. The copy and paste response by them in the reviews doesn't do anything to bring their quality of service up.

I ordered the 5 chicken strip combo, and received 5 chicken nuggets... Plus, I had to wait out front for 5 minutes for this joke of a meal and six bite sized french toast sticks. I'm highly disappointed, and I don't understand why they consider this to be acceptable.

This is mine and my wife's quick dinner night go to for a delicious burger and fries at a great price when you get the JACKS MUNCHIE MEAL.
2 times this has already happend I ordered 2 regular wraps and they give me spicy.... like come on its too late to drive back... I didn't eat my order I threw it away cause I'm not about to get heart burn in the morning thanks for ruining my after work

Ordered a Sourdough double bacon sandwich Burger. The picture of the itemShowed lettuce and bacon on the burger.When I got home there was no bacon, one small piece of lettuce and the bread was burnt.They will never get my business again.

To Jack in the Box in general: Can't view your menu online without divulging my location? Screw you, eating somewhere else. I don't want to place a delivery order, I want to see what you have to decide whether I want to go there. No menu means you're out of the running.

It was ok.......had a meat lovers breakfast burrito.......I think the meal was $14 for a large.......sure was not large.......It was good though.......for that price I would think the burrito would be
