The two young g men where awesome can't remember names but he had a mustache, me and my family are celiac they took the time to make sure it was prepared properly and fast.

like going for lunch here. The service is always great. The employees are friendly and work quickly. they great every customer that walks in. The last time I went the guy with a mustache was very professional and polite. He made my sub quick. I would definitely come back to this location

My family and I really enjoy Jersey mikes sandwiches. The sandwiches always taste fresh and the staff are always very friendly. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the delivery service. I am always missing either my chips or cookies.

This is the 2nd time in the month I have come to this location and will be the last. The 1st experience was not good but decided to give them another chance. Today was worse then the last. The team with the Mgr Gloria there watching them be unproductive. They always cut you off when you speak. Don't pay attention, don't put all the right ingredients you requested. Then I asked for them to change out the bread tops. Because there were flies walking on the top breads and the guy got an attitude said I was wasting their products. I said no you need to insure that your area is clean and fly free. Then the guy is cleaning the counter and with a wet rag, touching cabinets, trash etc then proceeded to touch my food with the same dirty gloves. Unprofessional and would not recommend eating here. More concerning as I work in the health industry and really wanted to just walk out after the food was made. But I also don't like wasting food. So will probably just make a report to the health department.

Rude doesn't even begin to describe. I walk-in no one says hi the just ask what do I want . As soon as I ask for additional toppings he cuts me off and say wait me will put on toppings when we get there. When I pay for my food the grower even bag it up . So I asked for a bag she gets mad rolls her eyes and rudely puts my shit in the bag . I'm so mad typing this I will never go

3 stars for the food only....I placed an online order with 30 minutes to spare, when I arrived there were 2 employees working on Saturday 8/19 at 1:45pm. A female and a male. The female employee stated that my order was in the works. Meanwhile 35 minutes later and 10 customers later it was still not finished. At this point I checked in again and she seemed confused. She noticed the ticket (my ticket) that came out of the machine was laying to the side. She began to start on my order very very slowly, stopping multiple times to talk with her coworkers and other customers while we continued to wait. 20 minutes later we finally received our $15.00 regular sized sandwich that we had placed 55 minutes prior, with no apology or offer to make it right. Unfortunately jersey mikes will now be replaced with other sub joints that actually provide decent customer service; especially this location. :-(
