It's always a great Jersey Mike's location. Always on point. Staff is well mannered, and greetings are always as soon as you walk in the door. I'm kinda appalled...the laziness and the ignoring is just off the charts here. I just wanted something to drink just to make it easy for your laziness. I stood in front of register waiting a little over a minute ...while you continued to work your slicer cutting meats and ignoring me. You finally said "when your ready to order let me know"Shouldn't that be the other way around? Yes I didn't want to bother you because those SLICERS are deadly so I waited another minute maybe you will be done... then you ask me are you READY yet?" I just want a small ? soda"Then she says " Oh " and tells the boy leaning inside the wall " Can you get that? He starts putting on gloves that took a while for him to find then put on. He then walks back to talk to her again he seems confused " excuse me ...how long do I have to wait for a small drink"Then he argues with me about the different sizes or water cups or is this to go... when I initially made it EASY for that request of a small drink. He proceeded to pick up and show me a water cup and and a large drink ...I turn around and left BUT WAIT...THIS GETS BETTER!While I took a picture of the almost empty diner ? a customer walks in and I hear almost immediately" can I help you?Guess what he asks for?Something to drink.??????

I truly do like Jersey Mikes, however the staff at this location is unbelievably lazy, and rude. Out of the three employees one is actually working the other two chitchatting away in the hallway. After waiting for a while they finally decided to come out and work, however they would literally stop making the sandwiches so they could chitchat. Wouldn’t even pay attention to the customers. If management doesn’t do something about it, customers will start going elsewhere workers like that is what is ruining business.

The service here is the worst Jersey Mike's. I have ordered ahead a few times and my order is never ready on time. Today I walk in there is no one waiting or working. The girls who came to help me were in rush to help, a guy walked in after me and they started making our sandwiches at the same time. I stood their for 10 mins waiting for my sandwich to be made. Then a guy walked in for pick up and he was told he was early, mind you no one was working. Fast food workers do not need to be paid $20/hr to sit around and talk.

We come here occasionally. Their sandwiches are decent but their cost could creep up if you're not careful. It is fairly quiet at this location and not a lot of foot traffic even on lunch hours. We of course will keep coming back when we feel the need for sandwiches as we come here over subway.
Best Jersey Mikes in the area! Food is always fresh and quick. Costumer service is amazing as well. I wasn't sure what to order and the employee who was taking my order gave a recommendation and I ended up loving it. Bonus points for the store being clean and tidy. Will definitely be returning

Hands down the nicest ppl and the store was very clean. They were super helpful in making sure I ordered what I wanted. I get gluten free bread and they were rly cautious with how they prepared it. Just rly cool. Also they make the best sandwich in town. It was super fresh and the sandwich was packed. Thank you!

Had gotten food posioning from them . I did have anything to eat till around 12pm I came here got a chicken Philly sandwich and an hour later had complications the rest of the day. Don't know if it was something that the chicken wasn't cooked right or an ingredient but will not come here again

Everytime I have been there for the last 4 x or so the bread has been so hard you can knock someone out with it!!! And those kids just talk and talk and take their time making the sandwiches!!! Last time for me im going elsewhere !!
