I bit disappointed with the service (too slow), the bathroom was dirty. And there was no flush lever on the toilet water tank. The shrimp in my (caldo de camarón) wasn't cooked right.

Came to this place expecting good food but it was not. Service was really bad, waitress was friendly and nice but she would disappear for long periods of time. I would recommend coming here for drinks and for the atmosphere but for service or food i would not recommend.

Been here many times trying to give it chance after chance, but once they served me expired oysters and tasted nasty we sent it back and they were not very helpful almost like they were mad we sent it back. They never have a good attitude and raised their prices . After spending 2hundred to 300 every visit we decided to part our ways with this place. Especially after being vocal to the owner about every situation and nothing changes. I'm sorry but I do not recommend Especially when there's so many other choices near by.

This place was one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. Literally 2 tablespoons of salsa for 7 of us. Food was terrible and no managers here to address our concerns. We had to pay for the meal despite it not being fully cooked. Music so loud for the size of the restaurant. service terrible. This place needs to step it up big time. Take your money elsewhere

Had been wanting to come and eat here for a while, finally we did.My wife, my son, and I.This has to be the worst customer service experience ever.... it was around noon the music was way too loud, had to be yelling at each other... not cool.These waitresses need to be trained or something. Since we didn't order any alcohol, she would not come to our table.She forgot my wife's campechana horrible service.The food was good but for the small quantities the prices are a bit high. They are super cheap on the salsa.... what a joke.I have never been to a Marisco place where they're so cheap on quantities and terrible customer service.I did not tip due to the service fee that they automatically added.I will never come to this place again. Really hope the owner sees my review and does something about this...What a bummer, too. I live a couple of minutes away. Would have been the perfect spot..

Avoid this place at all cost, unless you like to scream the entire time and pay for overpriced food. There are better places with better food and price. Paid over 230.00 and we still walked put hungry. Place is a total joke and seems like their prices are high to pay for the band that's playing.

My husband and I visited this restaurant for my birthday. Wish we never did. When you walk in the place it looks decent. But OMG do they need to upgrade their restrooms and keep up with maintenance too.The food was horrible. My husband and I ordered a campechana. It was the worst campechana we've ever had. My son had a california roll but it was more like a rice roll. It had almost no crabmeat, no filling. He also said it was the worst california roll he's ever had. And on top of that they ADD a SERVICE FEE to your check. This is by far the worse seafood restaurant we have ever visited. We will not be coming here ever again.
