So they don't know what goes into their product they sell. We specifically asked if there was egg in the lemon cream ice cream and they said no, so I go back to verify because my daughter said it tasted like it had cake in it and they say yes there's cake and it probably has egg in it. Wtf?!?! What kind of place are you running? It's not an innocent mistake either, my daughter's well being isn't to be taken lightly at 5 years old. Do better. We won't be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Anessa is extremely unprofessional. Stephanie also makes every experience uncomfortable. Management needs to do something about those two!!
They really need to update their payment method of only cash. Its 2023 yall should be updated to Apple or Google Pay by now!

It's currently 7:50pm. Google, yelp, etc. all say theyre open until 9pm. We just pull in to park and its pitch black. Aside from the fact theres literally MULTIPLE reviews saying theyre always closing early, i figured coming an hour before closing time wouldnt be a problem. I was wrong. Never going to attempt coming again.

Thank you so much for the great experience. The Dole Pineapple was just like the one at Disneyland. Mango was bomb. The Cookies and cream was amazing the kids loved it. I didn't see the acai I had wanted to try it but it's okay. Haven't been here since my wife was pregnant with these little punks. Hope to see Menchie

Love this place , it's a go to after school for the kids and I. The only thing that I don't like is when they are out of cones bc i don't like getting the kids the big cups. I wish they had smaller cups ...but still love it over yogurt land bc they give us that option of the cone for a smaller portion for my kidsI have a 2 yr old and 5 yr old and they love menchies!!!!
