Henry was our attendant, he was excellent. I was never without coffee. He was kind and very attentative. Made our visit feel as if we were family. Because of Henry I will be returning. Thank you for your superb service.
I was very disappointed with my fish and chips dinner I got last night here at Norms. It wasn't the same fish batter as before. The other batter was a beer batter, this one was bad. Also another one on our table order it too and wasn't happy with it either and the portion I got was side by the side of hers. VERY SAD
