I will just say this...prepare for leftovers. So much delicious food I couldn't eat it all in 1 sitting.I ordered the Hawaiian bbq. It has chicken, spare ribs, and beef. The rice is rice, the macaroni salad is PERFECT. Not to heavy, not to lite.Go hungry, leave full.They are doing it right

Can never go wrong with Ono Hawaiian. Food is tasty and always fresh. Never been disappointed. Macaroni salad is so good I usually get an extra side of it. If you haven’t tried it yet you’re missing out.
Came to this location for the first time, I got a mini meal with shrimp and hubby got bbq chicken plate. His was good but my breaded shrimp tasted like old oil, the rice and my salad were good. Almost all of their tables were dirty and the floors too, the trash can was overflowing and the chairs that have a cover are disgustingly dirty, they need to get rid of those covers or get them washed. Overall the service was ok but I don't think I would be back to this specific location.

Great food but the guys need to be a little more responsible. I was quoted 15-20 mins for my phone order. After paying, I would think I would get my food but decided to be patient, giving them the benefit of the doubt that one coworker would relay to the other that I have paid and waiting on my phone order. After waiting, now 30 minutes, I decide to take the lead and ask how much longer for my food. One of the guys, told me sorry and hands me the food waiting to be picked up. Communication is key. Also witnessed the lady in front of me not receive her rice on her plate and the guy's excuse was sorry we can't really see under the meat. Teamwork is key and it seems that this team really has some work to improve.

Drove 19 miles to get the food drove home 20 miles realized they forgot 20dollars worth off ood. Came back they didn't even have it ready after I called ahead. Decided to refund. Didn't even offer anything, don't come here.

The food was good but I can't say the same about their customer service.The person taking orders was noticeable, not happy about his job, he bearly responded my cuestions making gestures. I observed him while waiting for my order, and he wasn't giving anyone a smile or else. He was mad to be there, and defenetly he is not the best employee to have at the front counter dealing with your customers.

Bad customer service, the person taking orders is not happy about his job, he doesn't make eye contact, do not respond to your questions, he is definitely not happy doing what he is doing.When I asked something about the menu, he immediately gave me a no with his head, I hadn't finished my question when he had already given a negative response.Observed him while waiting for my food, and he had that attitude with all the customers. He never smiled, greeted, or thanked any cusyomer. The only time that he barely talked or smiled was with his coworkers when they talked to each other.This employee is a bad image for the restaurant. He does have to be at the front receiving customers.
