I have been coming here since they opened. The customer service seems to get worse & worse every time. This last visit was my final straw, i was very uncomfortable i wanted to walk out but stayed to finished my food. I will not be returning. The food is amazing but the men who are always out front are so rude & I given multiple chances. I now see i am not the only one. The girl was so nice & all smiles ! To the guys , it was very unprofessional talking about other customers in-front of customers your already being completely rude with. The guy who took my order walked away multiple times while i was ordering & was being so rude . He would roll his eyes every time he seen customers walk in & It’s disrespectful. I will not be coming back

Don’t get me wrong the food is good but my family and i went a while back and one of the workers which i believe is the manager a short older looking guy, he was very rude since we’d stepped foot in the place! For absolutely no reason he made our stay very uncomfortable!!!

I came a long while ago and wasn’t able to make a review until now. I came with friends to have a sit down meal. We were excited cause we all enjoy pho. The workers (guy) first impression was bad. It was slow at the time too. We brushed it off. However, he came back with menus and instead of nicely setting it on the table, he TOSSES it as if we were wild animals. I didn’t want to give service while being treated that way. We left instantly. I know losing 3 customers isn’t a big deal, but it was so disrespectful, especially for a grown adult.

Food was delicious, got a chicken sandwich and my family liked their food too. They ordered hot tea and the lady only gave 1 pot with 2 tea bags for 3 people. She didn't even come back to ask for refills. I went to go pay and waited forever. I went to go sit down and then went back to pay and the lady asked me if I was going to pay cash. I said no I'm paying with card and she seemed a little annoyed. Food was good, service was mid.

They run out of ice…I asked if I can get ice on my flat soda and addressed that other tables after me were getting ice and the waitress said “ I’m sorry there’s no ice. What would you like me to do go to the store and buy some ? I can’t get ice”. I said ok. 10 seconds later brings a bucket of ice to my table. Poor service.
They were unprofessional they didn't attend well. They gave me broth that wasn't hot enough to cook my raw meat...don't go there

I've gotten the #12 large with fresh noodles... So good his the spot every time.Also the pork sandwich is amazing. So flavorful and the bread is so soft and warm... Oh man I want another one right now that I'm thinking about it.Parking: Big shipping center with lots of available spots.

The food was very good, i ordered the large pho and it was filling. The guy that took the order did not write anything down and i received my pho with the wrong noodles but they corrected it in a timely manner. Service was good, could have been a little more friendly but was good. Ambiance was very nice, seemed to be very clean. Now the bad part, the condiments on the table were very dirty and sticky. They should be cleaned and filled every morning before they open. I have photos of this, this was true on all tables. I would give this a (5) star if this was not the case.

The Host was really nice and accommodating. But one of the ladies in the restaurant was sooooo rude she kept harassing the host and harping on the same thing. The poor guy kept telling her to relax but she kept right harassing him. I will never come here again.

This restaurant is located over near the theater past Olive Garden if your coming from the east. We've ordered takeout a couple times and both times have been delicious. They're pretty quick with the food. This time we ordered the shaken tofu and tofu fried rice. The shaken tofu was packed in foil inside of the styrofoam container so the sauce didn't leak everywhere. This was very flavorful. Nice sauce and lots of fresh bell peppers and onions cooked in. The fried rice was good too. My mom ordered a banh mi sandwich last time and said it was meh. There wasn't enough meat in there for her lol. I ordered the lemongrass tofu and that was really good too. I recommended this place plus the guy taking the order was very friendly over the phone and in person.
