Not busy , the employees they have working inside of this location is horrible. They don’t make your food correctly and when telling him he catches a attitude for making my food incorrectly. The ppl here are so disgusting, distasteful and disturbing. Not only this location but others in the area this is not the first time this has happened. You would think with food being so high you’d think the employees would prepare your food correctly. Would you serve you Mexican mother brunt pizza , and chicken with no sauce ? Pizza has no butter sauce or anything this is not the Pizza Hut that was my favorite place to eat as a kid. Hopefully someone does something about

I recently experienced an issue with a missing order from Pizza Hut, but the customer service at this location was exceptional. The staff, specifically, Matthew in the night shift , went above and beyond to promptly address the situation. His helpful and proactive approach turned a potential inconvenience into a positive experience. Thank you for your help Matthew!

This is the best Dominos pizza in Rialto! My family has ordered from this location at least 4 times and have yet to be disappointed. We generally order 4 large pizzas with with no mistakes. They have the freshest tasting ingredients of all the local Domino's restaurants.

Worst experience ever. Matthew, the person who “helped” me at this store was less than useless and the “customer service” for Pizza Hut is a joke. Never delivered my order and everyone gave me a hard time as I attempted after 2 hours to figure out what happened to my order. Was told originally by the store that my order didn’t exist while customer service was telling me they could see it active in their system. Got a bum excuse from the store that the driver couldn’t find my address and that my phone number didn’t work. Convenient excuse. Especially after Matthew confirmed the driver went to the wrong location multiple times by his own admission. Got a lame “not my problem” kind of response. Will never order here again. Wish I could give negative stars.

Every time I come into this store there is only ONE employee working the WHOLE store. He had about 8 orders on the screen ready to get picked up.. this is sad ass Fuck ! Smfh. This is ridiculous. Do you guys only have one employee working here ? I asked for contactless curbside pick up he never came out so I had to go in the store and still wait another 15-20 mins to get my food. Where is management in this store ?!? How do you run a store with no management ?! Shoutout to that employee for keeping his cool and getting these fucking orders out ! He deserves more than that.. I hope this gets fixed soon. From the looks of it this is one of the worst stores anyone has been too sad sad reviews. Get your shit together Pizza Hut !

Ok... Where do i start... The last time that i went into this location (about a month ago) i got into an arguement with an employee (caucasion guy/overweight/beard) because i wanted a pan pizza and the only way that he could do it, is if i paid for it, and i wasnt doing that, so he ended-up just doing it again and telling me that he wasnt never doing it again, he somehow forgot that im still the customer and the customer is always still right! So fast forward to tonight, when i went to pick-up my order, my wings looked like that and when i asked the guy (same guy) to put some more sauce on my wings, he said only if i paid an extra 1.50! I asked the other employee standing there if he saw sauce on my wings and he just played dumb- it wasnt an essay question- either you see it or you dont! Does anyone see sauce on these wings that's reading this? DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT order from this location in rialto, next to the spearmint rhino! And i will be calling the pizza hut headquarters and requesting that the main guy that i was talking to be fired because he has a serious attitude problem!

I am a rewards member ni got a medium pizza for free but if you get it delivered you have to buy more stuff you can't just get pizza and just pay the taxes for delivery so today I got a medium pizza it came with 2 topping but I got 2 more topping to pay extra still wasn't enough so I had to get wings in order to get my free pizza I ended up paying 28 dollars just to get the free pizza because I couldn't go out and get unbelievable I am done with.pizza hut don't become a rewards member it's not point at all

If I could give zero stars I would ...Matthew was very unprofessional and it's very disappointing that this pizza hut has no good customer service it's very poor. Also the delivery driver comes in wreckless driving into the parking lot not good..I feel that management should properly train all employees there at this store in giving proper good customer service.
