I went in to order a dragon fruit beverage through the app it said that my order was ready I got down had to wait an additional 15 minutes and when I got down to get my dragon fruit beverage there was no fruit in it I asked the worker why? He responded rudely and said that they ran out of fruit I was not accommodated for there mistake

I really do appreciate his energy as I can tell his awesome character is what makes all the employees be awesome as well.

Ordered iced chai tea lattes with matcha cold foam. Very good! Thank you.***Went inside today, waited at counter for a few minutes while all the baristas were at the drive thru area..don't know what they were doing but they obviously weren't interested in taking our order so we left.

The maneuver is kind and friendly EVERY-TIME and I love our Starbucks in Rialto, but the restrooms are NASTY! Went in this morning while waiting and it looks like they do a mediocre job at cleaning them, the toilet bowls, the outside tops of the bowls, the walls had dirty water streaks running down the walls and the floors... looks like they hadn't been scrubbed or mapped in a few days, I know it a nasty job but it's a place where they serve food, you'd expect it to be cleaned well also.
