I was an employee here and I was witness of the terrible service towards customers. The dark haired manager and the blond lady are rude and feel superior towards everyone including new young coworkers. I as well as customers were treated with disrespect. They never taught me how to use the register since I was their puppet. I was 19 when I started working at this Subway and decided to quit three weeks later because I could no longer bear the horrible environment and treatment. Those 2 ladies are friends and have no empathy or respect towards people. Also, they are extremely racist. This is not the first time I hear from customers and other employees from the same and different subways that the ladies offer poor service. From the bottom of my heart I apologize to all customers who have had the unluckiest of days to walk through the doors of this Subway. To conclude, I absolutely do not recommend this place, unless they no longer work here.

Walked in to order a sandwich, and the girl working was very dismissive. She did not wanna help. She try to send me away as she kept telling her Co worker she wanted to go home, everything I asked for she was out of.Bad customer service and very dirty location. 2 workers working and nobody wants to help anyone. Close the location for that! Will never come back!

Went here today to get an outlaw sandwiche and we usually go to the one in the extra mile gas station in Rialto next to Home Depot. When I started to order, the outlaw was told I could only have it the way it is on the board I said not at the other one. There was another customer beside me also saying he goes to the other one because you can get it the way you want it and I said exactly, the manager was the one that made my sandwich and she had attitude no smile very blunt so I just told her my experience at the other place because she had asked all I asked her to do after was to put lettuce in the sandwich she said that's not how it comes. I said that's what I always get and it's our way to put it the way we want it, I've never heard of a sandwich with no vegetables in it! I wouldn't go here to have to deal with the attitude if you don't want to be the manager move on! So no, don't waste your time!

Went in today to pick up some lunch for siblings and I order 3 tuna foot longs when paying worker laughed at my order with cashier and 3 people order same thing and laughter to them at all 0/10 recommended staff disrespectful workers had a horrible attitude worker with blush and blue eye showed kept laughing at me other worker very respectful the restaurant itself was clean and empty. Other then that never coming back again EVER !!!!!!!!

PLZ DO NOT EAT HERE .. Worker was rude af. She served me OLD MEAT that was turning grey/brown ??? will be reporting this incident to the city and county health departments.

You have got to be kidding me if you charge me 14 dollars for a sandwich I expect it to be good and made how I requested. You charged me for avocado and my sandwich had all but one little slice of avocado in it why? If I ask for sweet onion sauce on my sandwich why are you giving me a dry sandwich? These are questions I actually want answered. I actually gave you guys a shot again today after years and you managed to make this a horrible experience yet again. Just because I moved over to help the line move along when you guys were busy was no reason to short me on my avocado and decide to give me no sauce after I specified what I wanted maybe even twice. I ended up throwing the sandwich to some stray cats it tasted horrible to be honest maybe I should have expected it. Oh well $14 in the trash. NEVER AGAIN!

Disrespectful employee that impersonates being a manger. Poor service supplying negative ill energy preparing food should not be something that is paid or supported… employees hang up on incoming calls, show disrespect when talked to in person , they don’t wear their name tags and refuse to supply their names when asked during an issue. After finding out she wasn’t the manager when asked to contact the manager she refused. DONT SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE save your money exchange for a better managed place.
