the employee at drive thru was very helpful and patient.. their screen was not working and I have a picky eater at home I asked what had no veggies or hot sauce and mostly bland he was so helpful and offered a bunch of substitutes that would work.. my daughter loved it..thank you

Griselda was able to find a way to make my day, I wanted a double decker but it's discontinued so she added a side of beans and make it custom for me, did not mind paying the extra dollar on each because I miss this item so much, been going to this specific taco bell since high school, highly recommended griselda is awesome ?

They do a good job here. Tacos are fresh and new. I know this isn't authentic Mexican food but it's still enjoyable.
Lately this Taco ? bell has been giving me issues. I ordered the #6 put inset of chicken I ask for beef, it shows it in the recipe but I alway get the wrong one( chicken )? it like they don’t want to make your order right. It closes to my house and it annoying because I use to be a waitress for El Torito and this Taco Bell get order wrong more than a couple of time. So disappointed ?.

I drive a police interceptor truck and police officers have a bad reputation so it reflects on the way they are treated at some fast food places.
