Well I was really hoping for some really good cookies. However, I got them for the first time tonight and they were obviously very stale. I tried to cut small pieces off to warm them up and they just crumbled. I managed to warm up a little bit and they got soft on the inside, but still very crunchy and hard on the outside for the price, the cookie jar and Crumbl cookie are way better.

They gave me stale cookies, felt and tasted like they’ve been sitting on the counter for a day and the purple drank was da bomb but doesn’t even have ice. My 4 year old son even said the cookies were nasty and he’s a big sweet tooth, so coming from a 4 year old sugar boy… ?

The place is beautiful. I like the theme and all but the cookies are nasty. My rating is specifically pertaining to the cookies. I wasted my money. I was not even offered to have them warmed up. Not going back.

This place has some good cookies! They aren't as warm and soft as their competitors, but so far they are the only ones in Rialto. And if you find a flavor you love, well, it's never out on rotation so you can come back and get it all you like.

Parking: Plenty! Ambience: My nose was blessed the moment I walked in :) Lots of bright colors and signs everywhere. Packing of the cookies is basic but does the job. Seems like the cookies were just left out on the racks the entire day though, and even if they were baked that morning, would've been nice to see them kept in a different manner to preserve their freshness. Service: Woman from the back came over to help me once I entered the establishment. She was helpful, asked if I'd ever been there, and then explained the different options available Taste: Got them for my friend's birthday, and he said they were delicious!

Went here today to get some cookies and the cookie of the month was not done I can understand gooey because I have had cookies like that before that’s in but when the cookies are not done at all I can’t deal with that I want back in the store to tell the girl that the cookie was not done and she told me that all of them are like that mind you I brought two cookies and the other cookie was done all the way but to tell a customer that it’s done and there was nothing she could do about it was out of line I will be calling to speak to the manager in the morning

Well this is the worst cookie plug I've ever stopped at. The customer service was terrible. The woman working there looked miserable and did not want to help us at al with our questions. The cookies we received were dry and crumbly. Nothing like the other locations I've been to. If you want to try cookie plug do yourself a favor and do a different location
