Today I went in about noon today went to buy pretzel pizza and sum hot dogs . The food was old and nasty when I got my change from the cashier she gave me back a quarter of a dollar bill then the cashier was rude saying that she never gave me the dollar and rolling her eyes at me

Oh my First time and last! Have you ever taken a bite off hard cardboard box, or plaster Parris. I haven't but this is how I imagine it would be like! After taking a bite on a piece of their sugar and cinnamon pretzel piece. I purchase two orders one pepperoni and cheese (that was just as bad) and the cinnamon and sugar. Well I saved the order so I could enjoy it with coffee later on at home. Once gain my question of the day! People what's going on? Well for sure one more franchise that will not be getting my business. Sincerely At 6.49 for Wetzler Bitz I paid 14.52 for garbage!

Desiree was beyond rude and bad no customer service skills . I came up and she was at a register as if she was bored and just waiting . She seen me waiting for about three minutes because I HAD TO ASK HER if she was ready . I said "are you busy or are you waiting for something or can you help me ?" And she said "lm ready " and to me it seems like she doesn't want to help me or ask me if l am ready or anything . She didn't even knowledge me and saw me standing there waiting to be helped . I work retail and l get it but she was completely rude. As a manager , l would never allow that in my store .

Very unsanitary place ? i saw them fill up their lemonade with one of those cleaning buckets also sometimes they grab the ice with the cups putting their whole hand in there, they wear gloves sure but then they go & use the cash register at the same time while grabbing the food don't come here!! Also one of the girls there was being so rude to me and when I asked for the manager she didn't seem to care the only nice person here was the guy other than that this place is gross

Disgusting if I could give this place a zero I would I was just a couple minutes ago inside of Walmart at the pretzel Place and The cashier was serving a customer took his cash while she was wearing gloves made a transaction gave him change then when it was my turn she did not change her gloves and with the same dirty gloves grabbed the pretzels that I was trying to purchase When I Asked her ma'am could you please change your gloves she was very upset she continue to baste pretzels with a dirty gloves this whole time she's pissed off because I'm asking her to change her gloves or takeoff her gloves or wash her hands you do not handle money and food at the same time without washing your hands in between that is disgusting that is the reason people get food poisoning I will never buy anything from that place

I just left that place. The lady started place the butter on the pretzel and I ask if she could wash her hands and prepare me a new one because she just finished sweeping. She told me no, because she's not actually touching the pretzel, but her fingers went on the inside of the bag. No gloves. Nothing. If I could give no stars I would. I won't be going back.
