I liked the bread. I can't speak on anything else but don't have a meatball sandwich here. Flavorless meatballs with a flavorless sauce. My sister disagrees with me on this point but I'm right.

Service is not to bad there are some younger girls that don't pay attention very much but this place is always out of ingredients for their sandwiches! It's so frustrating to want a specific sandwich and your out of onevof the main things on it! I don't recommend this location at all!

Called about 15 mins before closing and the girl was super helpful and made my sandwich perfectly! She made the sandwich exactly as ordered and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing her by being her last customer (I'm assuming). The bread was very fresh as were all the ingredients and the store was clean.

Walked in to have lunch around 3 pm. The restaurant was practically empty. They've taken away all ability to customize your order including adding veggies to your French dip sandwich. When we asked for wipe to clean the table (all of the tables had grease and grime on them even though they were clear of food they said we could just use a paper towel. When we asked a second time for chemicals or something to clean the table with they told us to just use a paper towel. I informed the worker that paper towels do not take away grease and bacteria and that I would like something to clean the tables. They eventually came out and wiped the table. Not the most responsive bunch to customers. With three people in the back and no customers to serve I don't understand their reluctance to have a clean restaurant.

Ordered door dash and similar to another review they gave me old black avocado in my turkey club. If you do not have any good ingredients I rather you not put it on the sandwich. See
Been here a couple times now and so far the sandwich's are very good made fresh every time. The help was great you get welcomed upon entering the establishment. The place has music going on while you wait for you food.

Clean inside. Everything seemed fresh. My wife got the kids meal with the apples. Apples very fresh and tasty. Staff very helpful, friendly, and answered all our questions. However too much pepper on Ranch Slaw for our taste. Adding more Ranch fixed the problem. Again VERY helpful. Got kids turkey and 6" Egg salad. Very good.

The grilled cheesewich with broccoli, garlic aioli, and cheese is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. This needs to be in all of your stores. I was so upset that Palm Desert doesn't carry this sandwich. They said they don't have broccoli or garlic aioli. I was really upset. Your store has it and I will hit that up every time I visit LA because you are on my way there. Keep that sandwich forever and try to expand it to the other stores.

I went here a couple of times, I like their fries and their shakes, I haven't tried their sandwiches yet. But today I ordered a peanut butter shake and it was a bit overfilled. The shake ended up spilling at the top of the cup and got all over my shoes, pants, and coat as I was drinking it. Very sticky. I didn't get to tell the employee who served it because I had to get on the bus, but I just thought I should say it right now. Thanks for the delicious shake, though.
