I’m telling you half of these reviews have no idea what they are talking about. The atmosphere is great when you walk in, the wingstop employees are kind, and the food is amazing. Raymond was our host and was very helpful when it came to us deciding what to order. Something other then ice ended up in the fountain drink. I hope food poisoning does not set in.
2023Came back 5 years later because my daughter wanted to order. I did not order food, but my daughter ended up sending her wings back because they were too greasy.We were told we couldn't get a refund because the owner had a family emergency, and to call "Ray" tomorrow.Also, all of the tables were dirty, and the floor looked as if it had not been swept all day. There was only us and one other person waiting on their order, so there was plenty of time to wipe things down.Once again...UGH2018DISAPPOINTING!!! The staff is very nice, but the wings are tough, tasteless and terrible, and the fries are like "meh." DEFINITELY won't be back under any circumstances.

Worse place ever. Every time I order it's wrong never fails. I called and complaint and they said bring it back and once we have it they will process the order again. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE!!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but this Wingstop deserves it. Whoever is the manager/GM should really look into operations and consider that their income is based on customer satisfaction and quality/taste of their food.I ordered lemon pepper wings and boneless hot wings with fries. Everything was cold. Certainly not hot, not even warm, cold. And, what wing spot charges for every ranch? I get the idea of paying for extra ranch, but buy two orders of wings and it doesn't come with even one ranch???? I get wings come from chickens, but we found 6 different wings with feathers still in the flats, and customer service when placing our order was horrible. It seemed they were upset I was ordering food. lol anyway, this place needs to shape up. It's kind of sad, just bought a house in River-ranch, 2min away, and I was very pleased to know there was a wingstop walking distance. Well, I can promise you I will never come back again.

Got the mango habanero and the lemon pepper flats only and they were really good. The mango habanero wings are my favorite, a bit spicy after eating three but they were really good. This place seems to be busy on Fridays.Wheelchair accessibility: There are two handicap parking spots right in front with a ramp.
Don't waist your money at this location‼‼ the food is so bad. The employees have always been nice but the food that's coming from back there is horrible. I hadn't picked up wing stop in a while and finally decided to treat myself and my son and received the worst chicken ever. I should have taken a picture it was dark rock looking chicken.

Garbage . If you like cold old fries this place is for you . Baskets of fries waiting for you to place your order. 45 dollars later my order was wrong. How do you confuse garlic Parmesan with plain wings ? Not to mention this place is dirty. Definitely not eating here again!

Not sure what happened. The food was prepared in the time stated, but it fell short of our expectations with flavor. The chicken felt like they cut corners on the seasoning and it wasn't crispy. The fries were way too salty and they were not cooked "well done" like I had ordered. The staff was very friendly when I arrived and the store looked very clean. Maybe this was an off night?
