Every time I come to this wing stop, there's always an issue. First time I let it slide. 2ed time ok I get they get busy. Now my last time here for sure. This is the worst service ever.I ordered ahead and to give them ample time and some how still manage to mess up.

Placed an order online april 5th. Wait said 16-20 mins. I went in at 20 mins and they said it was gonna take another 20 mins so I canceled the order. They gave me a receipt but it didn't say refund or anything the girl said give it 7-10 days. I called because it was over 10 days nothing showed up and plus receipt doesn't show a refund and they guy said it doesn't. He then said all the emails are erased so he can't access anything. What kind of company is this. No professionalism and I paid debit. It should have been instantly placed on my card or given in cash. Never buying here again

Employees were hiding in the bathroom, the cashier was complaining no one wants to come to work. I got charged for all flats and received mixed. Paid $18 I work over night and by the time I saw my food they were closed.

Food was not prepared until driver arrived. My cajun corn was missing from the combo. My drink was not upgraded. Missing my free seasoned fries. Taste quality was not yummy. I've had better. All of the sauces were skimpy. We ordered mango habanero, bbq and lemon pepper. Fries were cold. Not ordering from here again.

I can't believe this. They got the order wrong 2 times. We order the garlic parmesan and mango habanero with bone-in but the first order we got was boneless then we went back to tell them, they got the order wrong so we have to wait for another 15-20 minutes. After that, we went home and found out they got it wrong again it was a different flavour this time I don't know what it is but it just butter, no garlic or parmesan at all. This might be the last time we going there. The wait time was 45 minutes but we didn't even get it, we have to wait for 10 more minutes.
