I highly recommend this Domino’s pizzeria on McDonald Ave. Very clean place and friendly service. Tasty pizza so for me it's 10/10

The pizza Is not the best out there but it's not bad They always have some kind of special going on so you can get a pretty good deal.For the price I will take it over round table who's prices have become unrealistic.The dominoes in Richmond doesn't have dine and they no longer carry Parmesan cheese or crushed red peppers which is a little disappointing but not a deal breaker.The store itself is pretty clean and they are very quick and getting your order ready all in all if you want an edible pizza at a good price this is the place I choose Everytime.

Placed an order for delivery. An hour and a half later I get the text that my driver is "in the neighborhood" and the website shows that it's been delivered--which it hasn't been. I call the store, they keep me on hold for about 15 minutes before someone picks up; I explain what happened, they say "Ok, I'll check with the driver," then throw me back on hold and...never pick up again. I finally get through after calling multiple times, at which point they say "The driver said it was delivered and somebody accepted it," which is a complete lie. After trying to convince me that maybe the driver just left it somewhere I didn't see--they didn't, I checked--the guy tells me he'll have the kitchen make me a new order. It's 11PM--I ordered this thing at 7:45. The time for a new pizza is past.At the very least they say they'll give me my money back when I ask for it.

I PUT ONE STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO "0" option. This is the 3rd strike on this location. I ordered the first time around 10pm and my pizza never arrived. I had to get a refund the next day. Then the 2nd time I ordered here again because it was raining and this was my closest pizza location and the pizza delivery never arrived so then I had to go out to the pizza place and they barely even let me have my pizza This is the third and last time I order PIZZA DELIVERY HASNT CAME !!!!! DONT COME HERE !
Disgusting pizza. I thought there was no such thing as bad pizza.... This pizza was dry and tasted like recently defrosted reheated pizza. It was salty too! So nasty . So gross . $6.99 for delivery . I had too many drinks when I ordered but the taste of the nasty pizza cleared out my buzz and made me throw all $36 dollars of nastiness away .

1 star only because 0 is not an option. If you look into any review over 1 point you will see that the user doesn't even live close to Richmond. A 5-star review from someone who lives in Modesto, lol. Utterly incompetent and rude. How they remain in business is beyond me.Their pizzas are dry and cardboard-like. And their time estimates are a joke. A 30-40 minute time estimate turned into a 2-hour ordeal today - and I still didn't get the pizza. I could go to the store, get a bag of flour and a block of cheese, come home, make the dough and bake a pizza in less than 2 hours. And it would still taste better.If you order from this branch you are just wasting your time and money.

So I walked into the store to order something. They told me I could only order something for delivery ONLY! (YES I SAID ONLY TWICE) no carry out or pick up just DELIVERY ??♀️ So I can not take it with me I have to PAY MORE FOR SOMEONE TO BRING IT TO MY HOUSE!! Does that make sense?? Well I ask actually and the guy with the worst customer service skills EVER! says he doesn't know that just what he was told him and he has to do what they say. Wow and to make things worse when I came back to make sure I wasn't dreaming they were making nice jokes about it... Hope you guys are proud of yourselves. I come, I mean CAME here often. FYI it's 10:09 pm they stopped taking carry out orders at 10 and a son and dad were waiting for their CARRY OUT ORDER!
