Quesadilla $8.95. Not very good service in San Francisco prices in Richmond outside of a Home Depot hotdogs or seven bucks completely over price and the quality of food is just not there. It does help and I mix in a bind but it's not delicious food by any means north of gourmet or Even St., Food quality
Kelly's Deli are located at most Home Depots. pricing is at a premium. menu: hot dogs, burritos, tacos, snacks, hamburgers, philly cheesesteaks, drinks. eats: 1/4# grilled beef dog(3.95) -plump, juicy, -can load up with fixings, condiments at condiment tray. take outs: -cooked to order, prompt service -no seating available.

Kelly's Deli is located outside Home Depot on San Pablo Ave. in Richmond. I happen to be in the area since I was looking for some new channel locks and other tools for work. It was an early Monday morning, and I wanted something to eat for breakfast after purchasing my items. I noticed this place right away (how could you not?) since it's literally right in front of Home Depot.
