The first thing I noticed is that this quaint little spot was immaculate. The service was friendly and the food was great. As a staff person was about to mop the floor, he took the time to ask if we needed to use the restroom before he started. It was a simple gesture but thoughtful. Customer service is becoming a lost art so it's refreshing to experience.

The food here is pretty good! I hella love the wedges and the burgers! Note that you must be patient when going through the drive-thru because all the food is made-to-order. But it's worth it for hot and fresh food. We haven't gone in to sit down and eat, but the employees there are always hella nice and chill. Definitely give this place a try!

The place don't look the best, but this is literally the best food in Richmond hands down. Had a chop cheese just for shits and giggles and whew that joint was tap dancing on my taste buds. I got the chopped cheese and it was delicious. The hoagie roll was griddled on the inside but the outside remained soft, so the bite is really lovely. Marty’s uses fresh beef and you can tell- I really enjoyed this sandwich and felt it was a generous size for a decent price. It isn’t the most beautiful sandwich, but it’s so tasty that’s not what you’ll remember. The crinkle cut fries are also quite satisfying and salted well. I’ll definitely be returning for these two items but also to try more of the menu items.
