First time ordered in person, paid full in person and tipped them on the spot and already messed up. Owner didn't even say sorry for the wait or why it took almost an hour for our order to be delivered. My wife and I waited in the car for our order. Went back by myself because it was already past the stated time of 30 minutes for the order to be ready. Gave her the name and couldn't even find my order. Went back to her iPad and asked for the phone number and couldn't even find the ticket. She told me to come back for another 25 minutes because they were backed up. The person I know that were behind us ordered his and waited 25 minutes got his first. My wife asked why he got his first, she said he already ordered but added an item. Still we ordered first paid for our stuff cash yet it took an hour more for our order to get done and not even a sorry. Even if they charge fair for the food, they should get their stuff together and need to let their customer know the actual wait time. The food is good I can't complain about that but the service and expectations aren't set enough to avoid these type of reviews. I notice I am not the only one waited an hour.

So delicious the spicy steak noodles is delicious. Owners are awesome and have great customer service . Food was hot and fresh with tons of flavor . Great spot for something different in Richmond

Stick to what they are known for, their Udon! The fried rice was a little too salty for me. This is pick up only location. While the service was great... keep in mind that this is all done by two people: one cooks and the other one charges. This is what makes it a long wait. Be ready to wait, best if you place your order in advance.

Quality people to match the food. You can see how clean the kitchen is and only expect high quality gourmet food. Partions are large and well worth the price. Usually places like these would run 40$+ but It was not the case.

Absolutely thè best hibachi I've had in a while!! Everything taste so fresh and good! Had work one time and but was craving them real bad but l wouldn't get out before they closed, in the kindness of their heart they held the food for me till like 9:40!! I love them so much AND their prices are amazing! So food is amazing, people are amazing, and service is amazing, overall an AMAZING place!

Not worth it to wait 1hr for a plate of food. They should really establish expectations and share that the wait time prior to taking any order.
