“We stayed at the Scotia Lodge last week on a date night, and it was beautiful as usual. Unfortunately, the night we stayed, their kitchen was closed, so we had to go get dinner elsewhere. This ended up being a good problem when we decided to try DJ's Burger Bar. Their burgers/fries were delicious, fresh, very reasonablely priced, and the staff were warm and friendly.“

“So I found this place when I moved to Fortuna about 3 years ago. All I can say is I’ve tried a ton of their menu and they are a go to spot for me with both lunch and dinner.Burgers are amazing, love the new smash burgers.Hot dogs are also delicious and filling and the ban mhi sandwiches are also SO good.For the appetizers they offer so many delicious options. Potstickers, egg rolls, fries they are all great. This restaurant is so good and I’m shocked to see negative reviews. It’s probably the best overall restaurant in the town with the exception of a couple Mexican restaurants I enjoy. For a little fusion and a good lunch this place can’t be beat!Vegetarian options: There are a lot of bahn mi sandwiches that could easily be vegetation, I believe they also can use mushrooms in place of a meat patty. And tons of smoothie options too. Give it a shot! They are very open to customizing your own meal here.Kid-friendliness: My SD loves it here. The icecream is great and so are the corn dogs!!! “We love going to the Patron Kitchen. The food is wonderful and we love the Jalapeño burgers and their fries are the best anywhere. They also have the best taco salad and ya gotta try their wet burrito with Carnitas. I can't give this simple restaurant enough praise. They also have the sweetest waitress ever. She's very efficient kind and friendly. I'm so happy that this place is in Rio Dell. What a blessing! (They also a food truck... Ferndale I think)“
