So this place used to be awesome. Literally hundreds of pizzas over the years. Friendly staff. Papa Murphys has a motto “we can do that.”And they do at the Natomas store still and every other store I go to. The girl on the phone today literally said they weren’t busy and could do my half and half pizza today but then I would expect it the next time and they might be busy. So she didn’t want my business, and that I should go to Natomas. OK. I will.I was parked out front. Literally the only car in the entire parking lot.

Pizza is fine but it wasn't what we wanted to order. On the app there are 2 specials. We were going to order online but decided to walk in and order the medium size pizza with 2 toppings. We were told we couldn't get the special because it was online only. It was fine a few weeks ago

I just order my favorite pizza chicken garlic bake. Got it home to bake. Found Moldy cheese. Yuk had to return. I don't know if I will able to get pizzas here again. Rio linda location.

First, I would like to tell the management that the two young ladies that were working there tonight when I picked up my pizza we're literally the only two employees in the establishment. They were keeping it together and processing the orders and doing the best they could. Please get them some help!I called and ordered my pizza at 5:40. The young lady said that my pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. I got there a little bit after 6 and then she tells me that they're backlogged and would have my pizza ready in 15 minutes. There was already a guy standing there waiting for his three pizzas. And another guy just walked in. Ordered a pizza and paid for it and then the young lady told him that his pizza would be ready in 15 minutes because they were severely backlogged, he didn't like that so he got his money back and left.One of the workers name was Brookland there was a blonde and brunette. The brunette was Brooklyn, called her self Ariana on the telephone, however, these two young ladies just busted their butts to get these pizzas out.I don't wish for this location to be closed but every time I've gone in there they're always very short staffed , I'm surprised management hasn't hired any extra people. I would come back only if they get my pizza right. I was given a completely different type of pizza and didn't notice until I got home. :(

Just called to try to place an order and the little boy at the desk was extremely rude and kept hanging up in my face as I was asking questions about how to order. He answers the phone with What!!! Customer service sucks! Had to be hung up on 3 times before I got my answer on ordering. He should definitely not be working there.

I was really surprised how quick I got my order. Great service and customer service. I got chicken and bacon double. It was so good. I loved it. Also, personal size calzone with chicken and mushrooms were awesome ?

I have been purchasing pizza from this location since it was opened. I have rarely ever been fully satisfied I know places can have a tough day with staffing and such. Today was the worst I phone ordered 3 pizzas 2 hours in advance and asked if they would braid the crust for me which seems like a major chore for the employees. The phone order was great the employee was very polite. So I go to pick up at the time I needed to and wow only one person working when I asked for my pizzas they weren’t ready the one employee was scrambling and saying that the other just didn’t do her job so I waited an additional 15 minutes now I’m behind so I just accept the order get home start cooking for my family and wow to my surprise three out of three pizzas were not made correctly one was completely wrong. I’m very very very unhappy I hope that people have a better experience than what I have. The owner should be present more often and staff properly it’s only pizza I don’t see how hard it is to prepare with a smile and correctly

Please tell me why their crust is different every time. Ok, last week, complete crap today. The same thing happened a year ago. Went a few times during the same month, and it was good the 1st couple times and crap the last time.

Most days ( except when they close on a Friday at 7:30 pm) I have good to great service at the Rio Linda located Papa murphy's. Today however, the cashier was unable to do simple basic fundamental addition and subtraction. She became errogant and ignorant and still blamed me for her lack of mathmatic ability. Theres more but not worth it. Ill never go there again.
