Playa Linda del Carmen

It is sad I have found out they're going to close the door in a couple of weeks due to the lease expired and can't work out with the landlord! But I am happy to know they're looking for a new location. I hope they'll be re-open in a better and bigger location soon. We're here at around 6 pm on a Wednesday. The restaurant is not very busy. Vamos a la Playa! The outside sign was tiny but we figured we were at the right place since it was the only restaurant in that area where the GPS placed us. We met our friends here for dinner. Inside is a nice, clean and cozy dining room. This is a counter-service restaurant and so we placed our orders with the young gal at the register (so friendly and helpful). My only complaint is that I passed this place when I was looking for it because the restaurant signage-- the font is too small to read while driving. Food and service was good. I'm glad they're still here after so many places closed due to covid.
