I’ve eaten here quite a few times and always enjoyed the food. However, today the waitress was extremely rude. She would just ignore us when we talked to her…and made us feel like we weren’t even welcome in the restaurant. I don’t recommend spending $75 for breakfast and have the waitress scowling at you the whole time.

Some friends recommended this place as an alternative to the breakfast place we normally go to. I'm not sure if there hours of operation are set in stone or just whenever they feel like opening up. My wife and I arrived a few minutes before there posted 5:30a.m opening time and barely a light on in the establishment. I would think an opening time of that early, someone would be prepping, but even by 5:45 nothing.... Let's be honest. If you post a time, then honor that time or change it to reality. Barring a family emergency or catastrofic event, then I can understand, but with the economy being what it is, you should make an effort to stand by potential long-term new customers in the future and open when posted.

The servers are attentive and very kind. Their food is delicious! My favorite is the pigs in a blanket (crepes and breakfast sausage)

Yummy comfort food. Best biscuits and gravy! My daughter had chicken fried steak that was breaded and seasoned to perfection. Would definitely recommend this place.

Living down the street from this location I am a frequent customer. Came in last weekend for the last time. You can ascertain based on the sign on the window that they are hiring year round. I would guess that is because no one wants to work with the older server. Walked in and the restaurant was busy but not packed. We were not acknowledged or told to sign our names on anything. The server who is always there walks past us multiple times with no direction although there are many open tables. My wife finally walks up to the server with tattoos that ends up letting us know we can have a seat. Waited there for a while and could see other customers visibly irritated. We're then asked to move which is no problem at all. The other server consistently gave us dirty looks and I could hear her yelling at her coworker about our table specifically and how we sat down without being on the list. Obviously with a tone and volume meant for us to hear. She is always rude and uninviting. To be clear the younger lady with tattoos who took our table was fantastic. Service from her was on point and the food was delicious. Won't be returning because of the disrespectful and poor service provided by the other server.

Stop by this place today because I was in the neighborhood and was very disappointed. Ordered food saw people coming after us got their food and was almost done . mention it to the waitress. She forgot to turn the ticket and started bringing us the wrong food . Ended leaving and going to the usual velvet creamery where you can't go wrong.
VERY bland food. Had put put salt and pepper just to give it SOME flavor. Missing items from our order. Not worth going back to. Inside looked great.

This is a great breakfast joint if you live or visit the Ripon area. The interior has a homely vibe to it. They have bathrooms for men & women. They are open daily from 530am-230pm. Every time I have visited, I have been immediately greeted and seated. The wait staff in my experience has been great. It doesn't take long for someone to come by to introduce themselves and offer beverages while browsing the menu. The service has always been great from beginning to end. I typically order an omelette when I visit, but they have all the foods you would come to expect from places like this. There are a bunch of photos on yelp depicting the different foods and menu options. My opinion is their pricing is pretty fair for the quality of food. For the seniors (55 and up), they have a senior section in the menu with slightly discounted pricing. In my humble opinion, this is a great breakfast place that offers quality service, good tasting food and fair prices.

The food is good here. My biggest problem is the service. There are days that the servers are friendly and attentive, but many times they are aloof and not welcoming. The owner often seems unhappy and frustrated. I know that they are short staffed but be more friendly, happy and appreciative to the customers that are coming to your establishment.
