We booked the hotel knowing that the hotel has a new owner. We stayed next door at Crystal Sunset, and we were hoping to get at least the same comfort. I won't mention the outdated rooms as I understand that massive renovation will take place this winter. I was disappointed to find only one receptionist working on a shift with lots of checkouts and check-ins . After 30 min on the queue, we went to our room and discovered that it wasn't the room we booked. Rang the reception, but there no answer. Went to reception, and eventually, after 10 min, i was told that an extra bed would be set in that room. The majority of the staff was very nice, but unfortunately, i had to deal with a few extremely rude bartenders. Bar offering was very poor. Not a single one international brand. Not to mention that there are no beers in the mini fridge in the room. One day, we decided to use the Turkish bath and sauna. It was 5.15 pm. The closing time was 6.30 pm. However, everything was switched off When I asked the staff why everything is switched off 75 min before closing time they said, ..sorry, no English." Anyway we tried to ignore the issues and to enjoy our holiday. Location was perfect and once renovation will take place we are willing to try this hotel again.

We had such a remarkable holiday I cannot even put it into words…The service is superb! The architecture is stunning! Only the rooms are old which wasn’t a huge deal for us. I’ve been told that the rooms will be renovated any way. Hands down the best holiday I had in Antalya

On arrival at the hotel we were really expressed by the beautiful reception area. We were quickly checked in and taken to our rooms. I was a bit disappointed with the room as it showed signs of wear and tear but the next day as I went out on to the balcony with lovely views of the sea I thought it was nice. The hotel is in a lovely position overlooking the sea. Yes it is run down but if you look past that you will enjoy it. Most of the staff are nice, and the food is great with plenty to choose from, we had a really nice meal at the Italian restaurant one night and really enjoyed it, but don't bother with the Turkish restaurant, the head waiter was really rude and tries to sell you wine. We had the house wine with the Italian but he refused it at the turkish. The first course was nice with bread and dips but that's all, the rest of it was inedible. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel apart from the rude head waiter and mostly German clientele who were very rude.

This hotel was everything we was expecting and more, the staff, food and hotel in general was amazing, We had absolutely no problems with the hotel apart from the fact it was full of Germans and Russians and you have to get up early to reserve a sun bed or they will be gone The food is soo good and thats no exaggeration, I’ve been to turkey before and when i saw the reviews i thought yeah ok the food should be ok but seriously every day i never had a problem trying to find food to eat at the hotel, so much soo we never went out for food at there was no need too. If you are looking to go out please make sure you walk to your left out of the hotel and up the hill and walk further down as the further you go down the cheaper it gets, the prices otherwise are astronomical for drinks and food, we never found this out till our last night ? and stay away from the bars on the beach if you don’t want to be ripped off, a local gin and tonic cost £10 we was gobsmacked The staff at the hotel i could not fault they work tirelessly and i never saw a frown on one of them, they are ever so friendly albeit the english is a little broken but they try there best and that made it for us, always smiling and couldn't do enough for us All in all if your looking for a great hotel with great food and friendly staff i would highly recommend this place for sure

We were the only British in the hotel, everything was tailored for Germans. Everyone spoke German to us ? A la carte was very poor, charged for wine said it was imported??? Then they had a beer festival had Becks, Budweiser beers eh imported did the Germans havre to pay for those drinks?? On check out day we paid for the wine as being told you need to pay “lady “ no goodbye hope you enjoyed your stay . We were there 15nights paid alot very disappointed in how we were treated. On a happier note lady that cleaned our room very nice. Oh and no liqueurs to have with a coffee. I’m sure Turkey has local liqueurs? We enjoyed our holiday but definitely not recommend to friends & family to go.

The start of the week in Antalya was good, arriving at the hotel you get an old-times sensation, once we arrived in our family suite we thought that we got scammed, honestly, the rooms were not like in the pictures. Although we said that we would never come again, our minds were changed the moment we went to the sunset bar. A truly amazing experience. Besides all 4 restaurants, the food was one of the best I have encountered, honestly good food and a nice view really does a lot . About the drinks, I cannot even say how much we loved the unlimited options and the bartenders we're incredible. The reception was nice and helpful, the staff was nice to us and helped with our problems. The children's entertainment was unbelievable from 20:30 they had a children's dance party, I went with my little sister there and she instantly got attached to the amazing dance teacher, she was the sweetest person, helping out with the children and giving them affection every day. About the beach, I can say that they are very well kept, they are clean and have amazing sand, the water is shallow and in September the water is well about 25-30°C is very hard to find! I truly enjoyed staying at this resort and I surely am coming back next year! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I can highly recommend the massage that Mert does, his strong and careful hands will be useful especially for guests with osteochondrosis and similar problems. I had his massage 4 times during one week, and really liked it. Once again thanks to Mert and the SPA-assistant!?

+ - the exterior of the hotel is very beautiful in the beach area -- - the food is average, nothing special, I was a bit disappointed - before going to this hotel I read the reviews from this website and it was mentioned that the hotel was renovated, that was a lie. The rooms are very old - the personal doesn't speak very well english so the communication was a bit harder - the wifi is only at the reception, no wifi in rooms - in conclusion I don't recommend this hotel, it doesn't worth the money

Everything was very good! Service, rooms, drinks, food were perfect. One thing that is a little crucial but didnt affect my rating or impression are the rocks at the beach... they are huge but surprisingly at the next hotel's beach there are not ... but it is a only a few meters so you can walk it and swim there :) Hope you will fix it, if it is possible in the future Thank you for very good services and relax ♡ Tip- prepare your german language skills, they're speaking better than in english

I arrived at this hotel the first week of the summer break after a gruelling tough year post covid being a high/ secondary school teacher and department head in the UK. This is my 5th trip to Turkey staying at different resorts/area. Being a tough year I made a conscious choice to make sure that I select this hotel after finding out that the sister hotel next door called Crystal sunset resort was booked where I have stayed before and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately I regret not having reviewed or photographed whilst at that hotel pre covid. Now whilst my husband was suggesting that I try something different and go for the more modern and fine dining option of Barut hemara or Acanthus & Cennet Barut Collection down the road; I suggested we go for this hotel due to the familiarity with its brand and what it offers. So let’s see how has it fare so far? FOOD SO FAR:Well in the morning we went down to breakfast. There was a variety of different options and although it didn’t have typical fried eggs , it had a very wide variety of alternative options. My husband noted that unlike Crystal sunset (2019)which did not have omelettes and we had to squeeze our own orange juice , this place queens had both available. We had lunch in the waterfall restaurant which has soothing water cascading around it and as I found out after little off the main beach and at the bottom of the main hotel. Again my parents were satisfied with the menu and there was a variety of food. There is also a cute waffle bar that provides fresh waffles and ice cream and although not as fancy as the one in Crystal sunset beach it does seem more calmer and free from huddle of children. There are also ice creams/ drinks that can be picked up from a wide variety places around the hotel which are available throughout the day. The dinner was really the treat, we walked in to lovely men providing a traditional Turkish entertainment (theme)which was more authentic than other offerings usually. It was a nice backdrop as we picked out a wide variety of food which was very good quality and very very varied. We often go to all inclusive hotels in different counties and I have to say everything seemed very fresh here. I am here whilst detoxing so it was brilliant because there was expansive amount of fruit and veg options all over and don’t worry for the meat lovers like my husband - that too. Kids were happy with burger, nuggets , chips , pizza and pasta offerings and grandparents with seafood. Patisserie was different everyday and very extensive to suit a variety of palettes. LOCATION: The Crystal sunset is literally on the main road with shops opposite . Crystal sunrise queens is a short 5 min up a hotel driveway to get to the main road. However as we only intended to go out a few times as we did many excursions in Antalya previously , we decided for a this hotel due to its closer access to the beach. Let me explain the difference at sunset we still had to take a small shuttle which frequently went from the hotel to the beach(5mins), with the queens you can just literally walk from the pool, restaurant or such down and onto the beach. The hotel is beach facing which is great. The beach is clear, calm and beautiful with plentiful sunbeds , fine sand and a private manned area. A short stroll towards crystal sunset on the beach and you will find the beach bar which also serves fast food. Alternatively as Queens has a restaurant on the floor near the beach you can just pop to the hotel and back to the beach for lunch etc. Ambience When I first arrived at the hotel and in the morning I thought it to be quiet & mellow especially compared to Crystal sunset next door which was lively all the time. However throughout the day I started realising why, due to the expansive nature of the hotel with rooms spread far about , with pools in different areas, with ample availability of sun beds, with easy access to the beach and alternative options to have a bite to eat; the spread of people thoughout the site maintained the chilled out ambience of the hotel. The hotel had

Our holiday here didn’t start very well as we didn’t like the room. The reception however were very helpful and allowed us to upgrade to a much better room. The food was very nice and the weather was beautiful, the sea was warm. A major downside however was that the beach immediatley infront of the hotel is full of rocks so you have to walk to the next hotels beach to swim in the sea. Its not far but it was a little annoying. The bar staff were very nice especially Burak who was extremely helpful and friendly and accomodating. The waiting staff were also lovely. I think the hotel has changed to new management which means it was a different experience here than what I had many years ago when i came multiple times between 2002-2015. Pleased to say however that the food was still very nice. There is a classic elegance to this hotel which makes it quite special. By the end of the holiday we were very happy with the week we spent here.

Well let start with there is no beach You can get to another crystal hotel beach via the free shuttle I found this hotel to be too cramped With everybody sitting next to each other by pool The food is a lot of choice but seems to be repellent as they give the food with different names Location couldn’t be better as you come out of hotel and are surrounded by shops Getting around is easy with the dolmus which runs every ten mins to side and mavagat It will cost one euro to side Compared to taxis which cost ten euros If only hotel had beach would have been Perfect as I love sunrise and sunset and listening to sea waves makes the mind relax The staff are extremely polite and friendly The rooms are very clean which is Everyday cleaned and fresh towels Hope this will help
