Ordered online took an extra 20 minutes after I got there at pick up time. One person going back and forth from the counter to the kitchen. You have to ask for a bathroom key. Salad bar was not good. Lettuce was slimy due to what looked liked it had been frozen. They charge .50 for ranch or pizza sauce after you already spend a small fortune on sub par pizza. Only one other person waiting for their order so it wasn’t busy. Since new owners took over it is not good. Would not recommend too many other choices in Ripon for pizza.

Staff seems like they struggle doing anything at all. They struggle to take orders and get very overwhelmed and need help. They do not clean off tables when patrons leave. They never have cold mugs for beer. We order chicken club pizza and it's different every-time. Sometimes there's tomatoes but no green onions, other times there's no tomatoes but there is green onions. You never know if ur going to get the pizza you order. The staff seems seriously confused all the time. There were no forks one time we went there. They said they were going to go buy plastic forks at the store. The salad bar had rotten, slimy greens and they saw nothing wrong with that. Said they noticed when they put it in there, but still served it because "all of it was like that". When we go there it feels like we're working because we have to constantly ask for things or help them problem solve. Total bummer because we prefer mt mikes pizza over the others in town, but now we go to round table because after years of making excuses for them, we just can't handle the poor service anymore.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The last time I came to this location, I swore I'd never be back. My kids begged me to take them so against my better judgment, I took them. I ordered a small salami and a small cheese & olive. One hour later, I went to check on our order that was never brought out & they told us "oh the tag never printed so we didn't make it"..... while we sat and waited. The manager went ahead and refunded our money...but only the pizza, not the drinks. Unbelievable. Biggest waste of time & money too.

Mountain mikes in Ripon is our go to. We have tried all of the pizza in town but mountain mikes is consistently good pizza with great customer service. Today I ordered a pizza online and I made a mistake on my end. Most people would have just done as I said and saw it as my problem which it would have been. Instead Andrew went above and beyond to help me to fix my mistake.

Ordered a large cheese for dine-in. Only one other group in the restaurant and they already had their food. Waited over 45 minutes for the pizza and after going up to the counter to ask how much longer, they giggled and said ohhhh it's in a to-go box we were waiting for you to pick it up. They brought it to our table...in the to-go box, cold with no plates, and didn't offer any sort of way to make this right. Yelp had the same generic reply "so sorry fill out a form on our main website to be contacted". I ate there all the time under previous ownership/management. It's not the same anymore. It was terrible service with cold food... I even left a $5 tip when I ordered... over $50 for cold food and terrible service. We won't be back!

Called and placed an order for delivery, they said the wait was 45 min- 1 hour. We waited 1 hour and 25 minutes so we called to check the status, since I had kids at home hungry waiting for pizza night. When we called to check, they said they didn't even have our order in the system. They didn't try to fix their mistake at all and to top it off they were rude. so we called round table in town and before we even went into detail they said they have people calling them having the same exact issues with mountain Mike's all the time.

Pizza is good......when you actually get it. Calling in to make an order at 6pm and you're automatically told orders are pick up only? They close 9! And good luck ordering online. If they get it at all. Waited for my pizza for 2 hrs and it comes to you room temp! If your lucky. You're not the only pizza place in town!
