I normally really love this location but was really kinda put off this time, I placed my order and reminded the woman at the drive up window that I had ordered spring rolls as it was not on the screen and she didn’t read it back she asked if I wanted any appetizers and I reminded her that I had ordered the springs rolls and that was it with my entree. They weren’t super busy I had also asked for condiments a fork and napkins, I pull out and checked the bag and all that was in there was the bowl that had a lot of the rice and chow mein but little mushroom and chicken and no spring rolls or utensils pans no condiments. Highly disappointed ,it was a good thing that she didn’t charge me for the spring rolls, because it was pouring rain and I didn’t want to go in. I am only posting hoping she will see and maybe listen and slow down al little she looked a little preoccupied. They do make $20 hr now in Cali so there’s that

Lady serving gave small spoonful that didn't fill the plate. Other server were giving much bigger potions. Not the first time we were treated like this at the Ripon Panda. Prices gone up while serving size doesn't fill plate. I will drive to Manteca done with being treated like this in Ripon.

Ordered a family pack and had some of my kids friends over. All the kids who ate got food poisoning or something along those lines about two-three hours later they all started throwing up and having to use the bathroom. I'll be calling corporate in the morning.

Giving them a 3-very inconsistent. We ordered food to be picked up - app gave us a time and we sat for over 25 min waiting. At least 2 of the items we had ordered 15min earlier we're not ready. I Maybe short staffed but certainly we're not managing the food prep very well. I am also not sure I saw anyone wash their hands in between preparing food (mixing the noodles and putting food in containers).

Almost every table and the floors under the tables had food . I asked for 15 minutes loud enough that every head turned my way with sorry we don't have enough time to clean up. So I took photos of the place. Unbelievable.

Stopped by and service was warm and great. Have been to many pandas and this was very welcoming! I had a very nice experience!

The chowmein was 50/50 cabbage and noodles. The chicken had too much bread and seemed overcooked.

In a high traffic area. Convenient for a pit stop and enjoy Panda Express. Teriyaki chicken will always be a wait and made fresh to order most times. No issues, staff were nice and food was good as usual.

Take out , 2nd time the fried rice was hard and cold ! 2time spoke to manager showed our receipt apple pay she turn her nose up and said no .Ripon has a lousy Panda Express pass, or a sample on their new item on the menu, and they said no because the shrimp was too big wow not going back I drive to

Missing item from my order, very long wait. Manager agreed to replace entire order, that was great but not really happy about the long wait and then screwing up my order.

Horrible service. Went today for some food. Took 20 min just to get my order. Only 2 ppl ahead of me. Girl (Laurie or Lauren) with no energy to work. Or no customer service. Do not work with customers if you have no customer service. Food was stale and flavorless.

Very good employees, definitely know how to take care of their customers. Always friendly and helpful. Food as fresh as you could ask for and a good portion to leave you satisfied. Definitely the best Panda I've had.

Worst experience of any panda express in all of California. I have had better service at a panda express in a theme park. Really, terribly bad. Sadly I went to this exact location previously and had the same issue. I assumed it was just an off day. I was so wrong. 10 minute wait for teriyaki chicken lasted over 30 minutes before I walked out without food because it wasnt ready. They prioritize drive through orders because those are tracked by management.
