I ordered there Shelly's nachoes. It's so big you can order this for dinner. My husband and I share it sometimes it's so big. My boys like the burgers and chicken fried steak! Service is fast and cordial. The bartenders is very attentive and helpful.

We frequent here at least once a week. The bartender is friendly and knows our order, the servers are attentive, and the food is good. Try the garlic Parmesan wings extra crispy and the garlic fries with extra garlic!

Our family had a reservation for 10 to celebrate a birthday and ended up having 3 additional guests and they were so accommodating and seated us with no problems. Asia was our server and was fantastic. Between all of us we had their pasta, burgers, steak, fish &chips, appetizers and caprese salad. Everything was delicious and large portioned. We ordered fried pickles and calamari and they were both good. Great service, food and atmosphere will be back
We are regular customers at Ripon Roadhouse and were quite disappointed with our lunch yesterday. I ordered the Roadhouse Burger and after taking several bites realized the patty was definitely undercooked and raw in the middle. I stopped eating and notified our server of the undercooked burger which he took away. He merely said that it's beef and it was safe to eat which I disagree if the meat is tainted. Then he said he would let the kitchen staff know. He made no attempt to have it corrected and did not even offer another burger. We were charged full price when our bill came and didn't ask if I wanted another burger until my wife was already done with her meal. My wife asked for a manager and was told there was none working and our server did not have to authority to discount my burger. After several minutes, he then gave us $10 off the $20 burger that I did not finish and left me still hungry. The server received the $10 I received in a discount as his tip since the point of the matter was not money, it was customer service. The message was sent by staff that since I ate over half the burger, a discount is usually not given. I left my blood juice soaked fries behind in addition to less than half of my undercooked burger. Message received from staff and it was my fault for being so hungry and talking to my wife that I noticed the undercooked burger too late per restaurant standards.

Great beer, delicious food, and amazing atmosphere.
Excellent service! Very welcoming greeting as you enter the door. The food is so so good and fresh! A real happening place with a lot of sport TV screens; bar & lounge area; mix crowd of young adults, kids and parents out for dinner or lunch. Food comes hot and delicious! I really have to rave of the service from the waitress, waiters, greeters; they are just very friendly and welcoming!

Great food, service, and atmosphere. You can hangout at the bar and watch the games. Wish the side room had TV's too. But I get it. Not everyone who is there is there to watch the games. Staff is super friendly. Food is awesome. The fish and chips dish is delicious. Must try. We also had a steak sandwich. That was also delicious. We always get garlic fries. It's a must.

First time going to celebrate my dad's birthday! I absolutely loved the fish and chips I ordered. It almost had the same flavor that a restaurant that I would often go to in SF has. I'm a little from my hometown so it was both nostalgic and delicious to be eating this. I will be returning even if I go alone! I loved it that much.
