I think they changed ownership, the food didn't seem the same as thr first I went there a month ago or so. The food was okay, I got flautas. Thr deal was good though, $8 for 3 flaitas with rice and beans.

They make good Mexican food. It's a shame what inflation did to the menu, but it's worth it. The refried beans are second to very few. The bean and cheese burrito was too sweet for me.Place looks kinda funny tho with the pintas everywhere. Kinda gimmicky but that's fine.

Excellent food. Hard to find shredded beef tacos, they have the best! Love the salsa. I take a container home when i am here.

Great food after being on the road over a month. Walking distance from the truck stops across the streets.

The salsa is blended (not pico), mild, but decent flavor. Guacamole a bit too "limey". Chips not fresh fried, prob from Costco bag, but warmed. Pork has good flavor and is al pastor "ish". Food, service, everything is ok, not bad or great.Location is good off the freeway, but parking is sparce.

This is the kind of Mexican food I grew up with, we've always called it Ranchero style with the sauces made with roasted Chili's. Which means sauces can be spicy. So far I haven't encountered any "gravy" or dishes with fried eggs added or liberal use of creama. Like the U.S. and BBQ there are so many regional styles of Mexican food and I finally found a place that is similar to what I grew up with. Wish they had homemade tortillas (echo de mano) and tamales but they make up for it with the freshly fried chips, salsa and bean dip that they provide complimentary.

My husband Douglas and I appreciate Rosalba's because they have plenty of dining space, the service is hospitable, and the food delicious. I'm so glad to have finally found a good Mexican restaurant! Rosalba's is the Central Valley's best all around, based on what I've seen over the decades. Cheers!

Rosalba's' Mexican restaurant gets five stars because my wife says so. Ha! Seriously, the food and service are excellent and the environment festive. My wife found Rosalba's on Yelp three weeks ago and we've been back to three times in three weeks, so that speaks for itself! We drive from Manteca, but Rosalba's is easy to get to and worth the drive.

Sooooooo good ? honestly, it’s so hard to find a Mexican restaurant that has the bold, flavorful salsa AND great food. I had their burrito and it put all other burritos I’ve had to shame. Not only was it the biggest burrito I’ve ever seen but it tasted amaaaaazing. I’m so glad I stumbled across Rosalba’s during our stay at the truck stop. It’s really hard as a trucker to have meals that aren’t fast food or the same bland comfort food restaurant. Definitely recommend stopping in and having a bite. It’s totally worth it.

This place was awesome! Their salsa is delicious and has a great amount of spice. Excellent service and fantastic food. I will definitely be back here if I'm ever in the area. I had the gotta with asada, and it was amazing. The bread was perfect and all the ingredients are nice and fresh

Quick service, delicious food, fair prices. We had enchiladas and burritos. Not too spicy hot and they serve beans and cheese with the chips.

The food here is delicious. I love going here the only thing is that they close early.

Had the Chile Colorado, it was very tender and tasty. Good place to come and eat, relax and enjoy the music in the background with a nice glass of tea.
