I'm not sure if the lady on the right was the owner , but she was absolutely rude to my sister. After my cousins, my sister, and I finished making our yogurt we went to eat, and my sister found a dark blondish hair ( we are all Asian- American) and the girl on the right ( she was nice) but she put the spoons in our cups after she weighed it. Maybe on her hair tie there was a hair and went into my sister's yogurt, no big deal my sister can just make a new one. So obviously we all do not have blonde hair, so my sister went to let the owner know in a non confrontational way ( my sister HATES confrontation ) but she argued with my sister and slammed the ice cream cup on the counter and I heard it and multiple customers did too. My sister got a new cup and the owner proceeds to weigh it for no reason because we all weighed our cups together. And she proceeds to tell my sister, "It's a little over," my sister says, "do you want me to take some out?" The owner then rolls her eyes and says whatever. I'm usually not the type of person to bring race into this but reading the other reviews and hearing others stories I definitely think we were racially profiled. When we first walked in too, the vibes were NOT IT!! Anyways yogurt mid, owner should wear a hair net, because your hair was in a messy bun. Basic Food and Beverage guidelines.

Very good selection of flavors! Wheelchair accessible and the yogurt is self serve and you pay by weight. They have low carb no sugar added and no dairy

I don’t usually write a poor review, but gelt it was necessary. I called in to ask if the place carried a chocolate flavor (I live 20 minutes away). The lady who answered the phone replied with a yes. I mentioned I’ll be there shortly. 20 mins later I waked in, the place looked clean and organized & they carried two different flavors of chocolates and a mint flavor. I asked the young male youth if they had the small sampler cups. He said no they don’t offer them. I them mentioned perhaps a few plastic spoons? At this point I think whom I presume the mature in age lady who answered the phone pops her head out from the back to look and hear what’s going on. The youthful male again said no they don’t offer that either. I don’t know about you, but the place I’ve gone to in the past for ice team or frozen yogurt off a small sample so yuh can decide what you prefer. I then asked the youthful male so what do I do if I pour a cup of frozen yogurt and then pay for it and it’s not the taste I thought it would be or it’s dissatisfying? He said I don’t know. I said so I would keep something that I paid for and I didn’t like? He said I guess that’s the way they do things here. He is saying this while he’s swiping a seat near the front entrance window and dies t look at me. I’m the only one in the store and the lady who popped her head out doesn’t say anything and doesn’t offer a resolution. She’s now gone. I mentioned I wish I would have know this and that I also just called & drone 30 minutes to get here. Silence! I’m one who believes you should treat others as you want to be treated. I’m cool, calm and collective and it just seemed odd and weird that both the youthful make kept looking down, the matured in abed lady didn’t said or offer anything and of course the whole sample thing. I’m writing this in hope of the owners read this and it would cause change & awareness. I called back after I left to at least clarify something, but there was no answer and it said to leave a message for Twisted Tulip.

I used to come here every Wednesday with my grandpa before he passed. It was our absolute favorite place to go for frozen yogurt!! He would always take those cherries they had and whenever he asked for more, they would always get the big tub for him to refill it. I hope to come here when I visit California, lots of memories..

found this place online and decided to try it out. the place was pretty empty but that's maybe because it was cold outside. only had a small selection of flavors but it had two of the flavors i would always get. place is very clean and has a small seating area. definitely would come back since it is closer than other froyo places. great local frozen yogurt spot!

Bummer that they don't let you sample like most places but I guess...I can understand why. I just put into my cup few different flavors I wanted to try also aside from the main two flavors I chose.Family owned shop. Check them out and try it!

Me & my family love this place :) they always have super good options, i feel like they should have little sample cups though like most froyo shop places do. Other than that, I came to do a yelp review to please ask that they play music or create a better ambience. We always come in, sit, and it's soo quiet and a little awkward trying to converse lol.. maybe a speaker in the back or something small ?? Piano melodies, elevator music... anything

You have a dairy allergy and there was only one option, which is fine. The label said Hawaiian but did not have description of flavor. The staff didn’t know what flavors were in it, and they would not let me sample it. Very disappointed. Not coming here again!
