The host Benji was amazingly helpful. My 95 year old mother had her walker, he held the doors for her, stashed her walker once he seated us and adjusted the window shade. All with a very pleasant attitude and a smile. The waitress was also very cheerful and helped us with menu suggestions. We had a very enjoyable lunch !!Parking: Handicap close to door. Easy accessWheelchair accessibility: We had a walker. It was very easy to get from handicapped parking to front door. Host held the door for us. Nice wide ailes

My family visited this location from out of town for a softball tournament. We were seated promptly as the restaurant was quite empty by a very kind young lady with a big smile. However, our waitress and other servers did not seem interested in our table. We even ordered an appetizer and the young man (who was not our waitress) tried to give it to the two tables around us first; the booth in front of us and then the booth behind us. Once both tables rejected our mozzarella sticks then he came to our table. When our waitress delivered our food it was like she was already walking away as she sat the plates down, no time to ask for anything bc she was gone, mingling with the next table. My family travels a lot so we have experienced dinner rush dining but this wasn't it. We were pre-dinner rush as the place was pretty empty and the crowd grew towards the end of our meal which we didn't really eat. Our fries didn't seem fresh, they were cold although we did like our burgers.

Came for a breakfast fundraiser for the legally blonde show at MJC. The food was okay, we got it for a good price because of the deal between the school and Applebee's. I might come back if I'm in the area, but I definitely won't drive all the way over here just for a meal.

Normally Applebees is our go to place, tonight was not the norm. The service was horrible!! The manager was super rude. Even the food wasn't that great. It will be a long time before we go back.

Its ok. I go for the beer and wings. Wouldnt get anything fancy for the price. But appetizers are good.
Was at least expecting some kind of quality especially for such a well known franchise, I'm not that picky, and often will eat at Denny's ect. Very unappetizing food, came out slow, over salted fries, basically microwave food. Servers try hard but it's kind of robotic, maybe that's how they train them. Anyway, don't recommend it.
