The lady who was taking orders in the drive thru was rushing us when we told her to hold on. She interup us and told us the total before we were still ordering. We pull up and she forgot our last item. Took us forever to get our food.

I haven't been to this Burger King since I last lived in Riverbank and that was like 2017 or 2018 and it was bad service and bad food today I came in needed to kill some time so I figured I'd get me a whopper milk the first whopper was not very well, (even tho she made it just the way I wanted) so I asked for my money back The girl gave me my money back and not a few minutes later came out to my table and brought me a fresh amazing whopper. Way to go MISHELL that's some customer service. I do thank you and the whopper was amazing and veggies were crispy and the bun and burger was very well done thank you so much. I appreciate you. XOXO

Had very few lettuce no cheese in one burger and fries seemed like 3 days ago. When I came in. I thinking what to get till I made my choice. I stood there waiting and no one said nothing that they'll be right with is. Manager stared at us but left and didn't say nothing. Just passed by. So we just waited there I would've leave. Then finally the guy says he'll be right with us. Then the women comes and makes a bad face and didn't wanna talk. This place needs people who really wanna work. Awful they didn't also seemed to wanna give us nothing. If you don't wanna work then quit. Let others who really wanna work be there. Manger also so ashamed and he is a Manger ?.

Had terrible munchies and ate one of their burgers, it was honestly really great and much better quality than the Burger King on Sisk road near where I used to live. Love their burgers, I’m assuming it’s either the night shift or day shift who suck at the burgers, but they’re not terrible 24/7.
I am highly impressed with the Burger King here in Riverbank, every time I come to this location my food tastes amazing, food is always put together neatly , never a bad experience at this Burger King.

This is really hard to review. We love the flame broiled whopper. Our whoppers tasted ok, but the soda machine was low on choices. Frys were cooked fresh with a few darker greasy ones mixed in. Burger King location right across from the movie theater was good. Place really wasn't busy for a Saturday night. And no customers in lobby.

The restaurant was dirty. There were 3 employees there, but nobody at the counter for a while. Food was good, tasted good. Soda machine was out of a bunch of flavors.

If I wanted raw meat in my mouth, I'd go to Grindr, not burger king. I was the inky person there. No drive thru, or customer inside and you guys gave me a raw burger. Why?
