The phone line doesn’t work. Goes straight to voice mailbox which is full. Can’t even call to adjust an order or ask for peanuts. They stop overfilling the cup with fries and only fill the cup to the rim. Five Guys used to overfill and throw an extra scoop of fries in the bag.

First time to this 5 Guys, we just moved to the area, total bill for 1 person $28.00 WOW wasn't expecting that, but understand because of min wage in CA.Now for the food:The cheese burger was it worth $13.00 no more like a $7.00 burger but again with CA wages I understand but burger was not worth $13.00The large fry I order was $10.00 and was totally not worth $10.00 more like $4.00, there was so much salt on the fries I could not eat them, I did mention that to 3 employees and no one said anything.And the med coke was $5.00, now coke is my drank but again not worth $5.00, but as I said with wages in CA I understand.Now with all that said, I prefer 5 Guys over other burger places, so I will be back and hopefully it will be better quality food.The restaurant was very clean and nicely organized, the crew was AWESOME as well, I asked 1 of the crew members to adjust the heater because it was cold in restaurant and she did (Thank you)Until next time

This is mostly to corporate not the establishment itself. One small cheeseburger with ketchup and Mayo, a regular fry, and a soda. $21!!! Their food is great but that's outrageous. Would love to come here more frequently but not now.

I ordered for take out and first thing I see as I unwrap my burger from the foil is a red long hair. Instantly it killed my appetite and never ate it. Don’t go here unless you want to spend an arm & a leg for a burger with red hairs on them.

I went to go try this place because I have never ate there before ! I payed 1230 for each hamburger and I ordered 6 of them ! When I got home it was a plan hamburger with a little cheese! No tomatoes, lettuce Mayonnaise mustard! Nothing at all on the burger ! Very disappointed! I will never eat there again or recommend any one to eat there ! Bad service and to high priced ! I had a better experience at habit, Burger! and had a quality burger ! If you decide to go and try it out make sure you check your order ! I tried to call the place and get a full message recording ! This place is terrible on all levels !

Okay, let's be honest their burgers are pretty high-priced. I will admit that the food is good, though I had it delivered by doordash so by the time it got to me it was cold. I'm not certain what they do to justify their prices? The good thing about five guys is of course the peanuts, the fries, and the fact that you can add whatever you want as much as you want to your burger. I'm going to try to go inside next time and eat it there, I'm hoping for a better experience but having it delivered was not a good idea especially when you're spending $60 to feed a family of four hamburgers.

Trash, waste of money. Been craving five guys just to go and receive burnt bacon to the point is was black charred. Pattie's were way over cooked and dried out burnt on the bottom as well. all the toppings had minimal amount, ordered grilled jalapeños I got like two little pieces and one piece of green peppers. some toppings they didn't even put in the burger. Fries were over cooked. The Kids are there to have a good time gossiping to each other not paying attention to what there doing. Couldn't go back was already out of the area ended up just buying something else to eat.

This is more towards the actual franchise and not the workers here...but $45 for a regular cheeseburger, hotdog, 2 fries and 2 regular drinks is insane. My hotdog had melted sandwich cheese and one piece of bacon on it. Same for the cheeseburger. No combos, you buy everything separately. I can't imagine the price if we got the milkshakes. Best part of the whole meal was the fries. But definitely not worth the expensive prices unless you have money to splurge on unnecessarily expensive fast food.

This place never answers there phone is so annoying!!! And I'm not talking like one or two times they have it connected to a cell phone or something wierd for the past year where is you call it says sorry the mail box is full!! Very unprofessional for a business to not have a proper phone set up. Unless it's the employees not wanting to work and take orders so they purposely do it!!!??? Idk but either way crappy!

Only reason I came here was because wingstop said hour wait... had a grilled cheese and a regular hot dog and both were not worth it... I could've made better at home sadly.
