Seems like riverbank has a lot of homeless people hang around early in the morning. Was approached in the drive up by 2 different people. When I offered to buy them food they seemed offended

Walked out because the manager decided to help out on drive thru orders with one car in the drive thru, and then decides to take a phone call and doesn't even tell any other employees that there is a customer waiting to order. I only get 30 minutes on lunch and I wasted 10 of them waiting for no reason. Horrible service, I could only imagine how they treat their food if that's how they treat their walk-in customers.
I waited to long in the drive thru and than the order wasn't ready I had to get off for my order to find my food on the counter. Than my order was incomplete. ;(

been one of my fav fastfood places for many of my 85 yrs. never been disappointed with any part of jack in the box. i love the food. i like that they hire young people,giving them a chance to prepare for future employment, later in life. my daughter worked for them back in the late 70's, as a high school student. it gave her the opportunity to become aware of responsibility in a work environment.

Usually it's good. Not sure what's going on. There's like 5 people working and they can't handle 3 people inside and 2 cars In drive thru. After finally waiting 10 minutes without anybody taking the order from the car in front, backed up and went inside, where you are received by unmotivated slow staff.
