They open at 8am on the weekends, I showed up 15 minutes after and they still hadn't opened. The employees were walking around inside but clearly not yet ready. I decided to leave when they were still not open at 8:25am.

This is my favorite Jamba! Always patient kind staff. It can take us awhile to decide. It's always yummy. Had the Handwich, Tropical Bowl, Watermelon Smoothie, Egg Bite and the Go Getter! Thank you to Isiah and team for helping me with my Rewards App!

So I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 large Orange Dream Machines, when I got to the pickup window I handed the girl by the way her name is Cindy my bogo card she then told me that they only take the bogo through the App now I told her I didn't know that so I told her that I would load the card onto my app long story short my app didn't want to take it so she talked with the manager and they issued me a new bogo card. I tipped them and told Cindy that I was gonna give a review for tonight. Service. Cindy was very nice and helpful and I want her manager to know that Cindy did an excellent job serving me. I am a happy camper.

The vibes here were pretty welcoming. The crew greets you as soon as you walk in the door, do you have some good music playing overhead on the playlist and the sitting area with something different to see for a change. Overall, I like this set up compared to other locations that I have visited. we ordered two drinks from here and being that we are reward members we were able to apply a discount with our order. Their food menu is starting to look more appealing and inviting but I decided otherwise this time. If ever back in this area for shopping needs again, we will definitely come through and see if the next visit will mirror our first visit here.

Always understaffed and the boss seems like he doesn’t want to be there ever he just walks around telling everyone what to do even while they are already doing the task needed all employees are very respectful but the main boss just has a disgusting attitude just needs to be fired or quit pitiful!!!!!!!

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! 6 cars in line and it took 32 minutes. After all the reviews about this problem for years now I cant believe nothing has been done. Employees are friendly but the drive-through is horrible!
