I place a order at 5:45pm snd it said gurranteed by 7pm. So I called at 7:11pm to ask where the pizza was at and then I asked what happens gurranteed time isn’t met. He said nothing happens. I ask for clarification why does the website say that then the gentleman straight hung up on me and at 7:29pm it finally showed up. Bottom line their getting paid more and that’s the service I got by hanging up on me. Extremely rude and bad business practice.

Come her often, havent really had any issues besides a burnt breadstick order and this hair in my pizza order. Im pulling it so you can tell its like baked in or somehow got stuck into the dough. I tried to call twice lines were just super busy and kept being placed on hold. Im sure you guys will reach out to me and i can do an update review.

Most disgusting place to eat at, fist off they took almost an hr for a dine in pizza, after we ate I asked for box for the left overs.... Opened it to a cockroach running around in the box for its dear life!!! Imagine... that roach running in and out of boxes, and when ur pizza is boxed that roach already did laps in it! Not only ate roaches gross but this places looks dirty! No thanks!

Managers are rude. I ordered Buffalo mild wings and when my husband picked it up and got it home they were barbecue. I called to let them know an I ended up talking to the manager and he hung up on me. I wasn't being rude or yelling I was just letting him know. I ended up calling back and he picked the phone and tried to put me on hold I let him know that I was the person he hung up he then proceeded to talk to someone on his end saying that he is about to pop off because the lady that he hung up on is on the phone again. He said that the cashier that took my order said I ordered barbecue and that she even repeated the order. I told him that was a lie I would never order barbecue because one of my kids is allergic to it and that I have a recording of that phone call that took place and he proceeded to hang up on me again! This Mountain Mikes is mismanaged with rude employees. I will never give this place my money!!! Its pretty sad that Mountain Mikes has people like that running a place. Riverbank location has really declined.

Wilted slimy brown lettuce from what "Shelly" said is a fresh bag. They refused to swap out the lettuce for a what they showed me was a fresh bag. Refund was given, but we had already ordered pizza for our kids. We've always had great service here and frequently order delivery.

Mountain Mikes has really fallen off the cliff. Tonight we ordered two larges, one pepperoni and one pepperoni and sausage, both with white sauce. I will tell you prices have gone up and the quality down! they put next to no sausage on your pizza when you order it, Don’t waste your extra money. I will include a picture of the full pizza the next time we order. (Unfortunately, we have coupons so it’s hard to pass up even though the pizza is very sub-par!) They are extremely inconsistent with the sauce and half of the pizza wasn’t cut all the way through. The pepperoni and sausage had hardly any sauce and was very dry while the pepperoni pizza had a great amount of sauce and tasted pretty good. Again, I’m super disappointed with the lack of sausage, especially cuz they don’t hesitate to charge me for it. Sorry for the poor review but this is two times in a row, get it together over there.

Good attitude and a smile but they charged me for ranch which I wanted 4 ranch packs but they didn't gave me any and they charged me 40 cents each and just one they didn't but they didn't gave me any ranch. Thats messed up since I payed for them but it's fine next time I will check my order before I take it. Ima let that slide that day. Next time it happens I would say hey your charging me for ranch which I didn't get so I want my ranch please in a polite way as the lady their was polite to me.
