Our server was terrible. While it was somewhat busy (not packed as our wait was only 15 minutes to get in for a party of 6), there seemed to be plenty of wait staff running around, so I really didn't understand why it took so long for us to just get our drinks ordered. The server we had just seemed to have an IDGAF attitude. I can understand if things are busy but coming by the table and letting them know you haven't forgotten about them and apologizing for the wait is just good customer service. We got nothing. After getting our drinks ordered, we were able to get our appetizer orders in, which took forever as well. On top of all of this, we had 3 kids with us. Statistics would show that at least one of them would want a CHEESEBURGER at a Burger Restaurant! But for whatever reason, they were out of the kids burgers. Just would have been nice to know this while we were going around deciding what we wanted to eat while waiting forever to get our food. The food was good nonetheless once it arrived. We usually love Red Robin but this was the worst experience I've had at a Red Robin restaurant.

This was a deliciously smooth way to dine in at home. The food was customized to order & it was delivered exactly as specified in a timely manner. I will do it again!
Absolutely have to be the best burgers and customer service I've ever had!I've had little issues like certain items being forgotten on customized orders but once I told them the manager on duty (Able) I think his name was, took care of the issue promptly.

Really love this Red Robin. The staff is always nice and the food is excellent. Have never had a meal I didn't like. Love the unlimited steak fries and freckled lemonades!Dietary restrictions: Ingredients are available online and staff is more than happy to assist if u have a food allergy or dietary restrictions.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is 100% wheelchair accessible. Staff makes sure you are seated somewhere comfortable.
