The service varies, sometimes the employees seem to be in a bad mood and reflect it back on the customers. During my latest visit, I went inside the cafe and there was only 4 customers,all of which had already been served and yet it took a while for me to get served despite there being nobody else inside and the drive through only had about 1 or 2 cars. I feel some of the workers are rude and this location is super slow. They also don't follow their return policy on merchandise. The receipt clear states the return policy and the lead on duty wouldn't return my item even with my receipt in my hand and she wouldn't even let me talk or explain she rudely spoke over me.
