Best experience I have had at a sandwich shop or fast food in a long time. Needed to grab a quick dinner after running errands and ended up at Subway. Our experience there completely exceeded expectations and we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service. The food was the best I have had from a Subway. Would highly recommend.

customer service from a few of the employees was great but i was getting served the other day from the owner and had a horrible experience, he was mean and rude to his nicest employees. Not coming back ever again because of the attitude.

Went in to order 2 six inch sandwiches and this employee tells me that I have to order a footlong for each order...? Since when? I've been to subway in the past and from what I know we have a choice between a 6 in or a footlong. So idk if she was just being a jerk or straight up not getting what I was saying. She also tells me to go to the other subway when I told her I had just went yesterday to a different location and was able to order two different orders of 6 in sandwiches...

This was my first time to this subway. It was very clean inside the two young ladies that helped us on Easter were very nice and answered a lot of questions about the sandwiches. One of the young ladies even gave us information about the job for our daughter.I went with the chicken teriyaki wrap and and the other was a regular chicken wrap in a meal. I would definitely go back just based on my experience alone.

Chrisriana helped us today at the location in riverbank where apple bees is and she had horrible customer service my boyfriend asked her if a certain sandwich was good and she responded "honestly everything here is nasty" also my boyfriend was not done choosing everything he wanted she was rushing when it wasn't even busy at the store we were the only customers there she was lazy and unprofessional .

Sandwiches aren't made the same way every time you go there. Sometimes you get mostly lettuce and other times very little meat. I won't eat there anymore!
A friend and I just finished an early lunch here about 10 minutes ago. The service was absolutely perfect; we were blessed with having Veronica as our sandwich Artist, and let me just say that I have never had a more enjoyable experience at a sandwich shop ever than I did today. Thank you again Veronica, you make the best sandwiches ever and bring the best personality to the table to match!

Subway is never fantastic but this location is one of the worst . Moldy bread , overcharging customers and really poor conditions. I feel really bad for the employees here. Subwaybshould really do something about this location

Not thrilled with this place. I stopped going here and started to going to the other one in riverbank, figured I'd give it another shot. I ordered a foot long on flat bread the lady was like "we only have a 6inch back here" I said okay let me get 2 6inches of flat bread then. She then proceeded to tell me oh I only have one and it's not cooked but I could I can put it in the toaster to try and cook it. I said never mind I'll take a foot long on Italian. I got the 2 meals and she goes oh we only have coke and 2 choices of Powerades from the machine. I ended up just getting two bottled drinks. As I was leaving I heard the lady yell to the back "can we get more flat bread up here please." I got home and got our sandwiches out. The bread was hard! Was not soft! Not thrilled! I'll stick to the other place in Riverbank from now on!

I come here all the time and my foot long and small drink and chips was 16.49? Nothing extra like always. Wow price really went up. Also the young man was extremely rude and I had to ask for a normal amount of meat . Not polite at all. Also when I had to ask for napkins cause I didn’t get any the look he gave me.. sad.
