Wack. Gave our pizza away, had to wait 30 minutes to get new pizza. Then the lady that accidentally got our pizza came back and complain, kept the pizza and got her money back. We just got a free soda and two free slices.

I'm a Riverside resident. Not only am that I'm a nursing student close by. I didn't use my college restroom because I would have missed my bus and would have had to wait another hour. I go to Nursing school because my passion is to be a part of helping the community and being of service to those in need during their difficult times. My car has recently broke down and the city transit has made a way for me to continue on my education. I tried to hold my elimination as long as possible but the next bus which was a transit spot in Downtown Riverside but realized the next bus wouldn't be by for another 29 mins as to hurry up and use the bathroom I walked over to Antonious Pizza to politely ask if I could use their restroom. The young gentleman at the register understood the situation so he asked his "Boss" she stated that I could not use their restroom. I said Thank you and would write a review on the lack of empathy she had. I walked over to Coffee Bean and without hesitation they allowed me to use the restroom. The "Boss" from Antonious Pizza walked back through their back hallway to get in my face and say you need to not write the Yelp review but write the city and ask them for a public restroom! Wow so she can walk all the way to coffee bean to get in my face but not allow me to use her facility. I will never give this restaurant my service or ever bring my four children to eat pizza at this establishment where they won't allow you to use their facility to elivate yourself when clearly it's a need! Horrible experience and the "boss" has lack of hospitality

The pizza is soggy and salty, not to mention we went there at 12pm and there were only 2 slices of cheese pizza. The chilly flakes and parmigiana cheese are locked with a chain. Staff is looking at us from behind the glass in unsettling manner. And the worst thing is the dirt, dust and stinky odors that fills the place which made lunch time unbearable.

The pizza is excellent. I personally like a little more sauce but the cheese is so good and the pizza isn’t greasy! Inside is cozy for a pizza place- but not a lot of seating. They have outdoor seating but it was very cold so I had to wait for a table inside.

Customer service is horrible. We went to pick up our pizza, found that it was made incorrectly, questioned it and asked for the manager. Was told there was no manager there. The girls said it was the fault of the "Slice" app. Took the pizza anyway but as we walked out the door we heard the 2 girls behind the counter laughing and saying that they guessed we didn't like our pizza. Well we probably would have liked the pizza (we have in the past) but we certainly didn't like being laughed at and their condescending attitudes. We were so mad at their lack of customer service we tossed the pizza on the ground as we left. There are many other good pizza places out there that provide friendly, professional employees that we can spend our money at. Never again..........

Food was bland and pitiful. The service was worse. After I received my food I went back to the counter to ask for a fork. The 2 staff members behind the counter ignored me, one of them just walked away. I had to ask the girl at the register who was helping another customer.

We ordered through Doordash, and half our order was missing. The pizza that did arrive was wrong and ice cold. We attempted to get a refund for the missing items in Doordash but they only gave us the option of getting the whole order re-sent after already waiting over an hour for the original order.

Got a slice of pepperoni, and the best thing I can compare this to would be roller rink Pizza. Cold, No flavor, thick crust, $3.75. They didn't reheat the slice, and when i asked them to , he said they don't reheat their slices. Which I thought was weird.
Amazing amazing pizza and customer service. I was in the hospital for a week husband had DoorDash me a pastrami sandwich and nurses pizzas. Loved it!!!

This is the worst place I’ve ever experience. I found what seems to be a FEW pube HAIRS in my ICE CREAM??? It was a short blonde peice of hair and the wait so HORRIBLE they ALL ignored me and left me looking DUMB at the counter asking for assistance and would not give me a refund after I kindly pointed pointed out the pubes. The pizza was undercooked and a girl this morning was so rude it made cry for the REST of the day:(. And it smelt like STRAIGHT FEET in there. But there was a cute worker in the back so that made for part of my horrible experience .

Messed up both my ordered so obviously we called to complain at 2:15pm and the guy on the phone told us he couldn't fix our order and refused to give us his name. Ended up finding out his name is "Spencer". They need to retrain these people on customer service!!

Very yummy pizza! The service was really kind and friendly. An older gentleman that didn't have his glasses came in while I was waiting for my order, and the lady that was working went around the counter to help him read the drinks and found the ginger ale he wanted. The pizza dough seemed very fresh and the toppings were delicious, all around good food.

This was probably one of the worst services I have ever had but the young man about 6 feet tall was nice he told us where the restroom was without even asking.The food was good besides one thing THE LADY AT THE COUNTER SPILLED MY CHANGE ON MY SLICE OF PIZZA AND DID NOT REFUND ME OR GIVE ME A NEW SLICE. ? the food was also expensive I got 2 slices of pizza one sausage and one cheese pizza for $8.00. overall DO NOT RECOMMEND.
