Prices are very high. They could lower the prices and make up the profit in increased patronage. Also, they should bring back senior discount or free senior drinks.

OK, I’m not gonna waste anybody’s time. Go to this restaurant and eat the food. It’s good and the service was awesome. We showed up a little late and everybody was patient while we figured out what we wanted to order. JUST GO AND EAT HERE! STOP LOOKING AROUND, THEY GOT THE MEATS!!! ?
Cashier had like a “I don’t care attitude”. I told him my order and repeated it numerous times and he still didn’t get it right. After getting my food i stood at the front to get sauces and napkins, 5 peopleUp front and all of them ignored me for a while until I basically yelled for some attention. Mind you they had one other customer inside the store and it was empty, they were just busy talking. Just unprofessional overall.

I'd give more stars for service if I could. Sunday night crew is always on top of their game. Especially Kevin up front. Always friendly. Always accommodating. Above and beyond. Food is always fresh. Place is always clean.

The Cheesesteaks are a big disappointment. Didn't even come close to a real Cheesesteak. Stick with the roast beef sandwiches. That's what Arby's is known for.

It was almost 100 degrees outside, and I went inside with my service dog and sat down to rest as there was a line. Not 1 minute passed before a worker came and told me I had to buy something to sit inside, and that my dog couldn't be inside. I explained he is a service dog and they said "where is his service vest" I started to explain that it wasn't required as I don't like to advertise the fact I am disabled, but he kept cutting me off and interrupting me, so I just said 'fine,we will leave," and so we did.
