Honestly the service here sucks. The lady was rude when l asked to use the restroom, she said it was for customers only. Well fine, I asked what was the cheapest thing on the menu, which was salsa, she made a face like she was mad I picked a 99¢ item.She was hoping l'd buy something more expensive. So they jip people out if they money to use a disgusting bathroom that obviously hasn’t been cleaned at all.This place used to be good, but yeah not now. If I was the manager l'd clean house, fire everyone and get better employees. Get rid of all your cashiers ASAP

I had someone tell me that Baker's is just the ghetto version of In N Out, and it's so true. That's not to say that Baker's sucks because you can find some truly awesome locations. This one isn't one of them though. The service is always just really.. eh. It's always slow, the workers aren't the friendliest, the food quality is most likely going to be lackluster, and there's a chance they'll mess up your order. I've had better locations, namely the Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario one.

They serve all the F'n cars in the drive thru before taking any orders of the walk in customers. I was the only person in the restaurant and they waited 10 minutes before taking my order. I just stopped today and I walked out just before the 10 minute mark. I will never be stopping at a Bakers anywhere in the future.

Walked in received horrible service, and bad attitudes, and I was declined access to the restroom. Horrible atmosphere to eat in comfortably without unecessary drama. The bathrooms once opened wasn't cleaning before opening, and there was still dirt on the floor around the caution sign. Customer service is free! Educate the staff.

I would love to give this place five stars because of the young lady at the order window however when I walked in, there was a foul odor in the whole restaurant and the french fries were old and not good at all the burger was 4 out of 5 stars, however, the service was good ??
I delivery for this place and I was pretty upset when u was told I had to buy something to be able to use the restroom that's not cool at all I run around all day n sometimes have to hold it n it's not cool when u have to buy something to be able to use yr restroom I will not be going back here thank you

I ordered my food to go....I did not see one of them both times that I came ever come out and clean or wipe down the tables in the dining area... And then when I tried to come back to use the restroom because I ate my food at the bus stop. The lady that worked there was very rude instead next time I had to be inside eating in order to use the restroom again. After I just paid $16 for something on the menu 2 items on the budget meal. For 6 tacos and one drink . They need someone else to come in this neighborhood and compete with them like another McDonald's or Taco Bell or Jack in the box unfortunately there is not another fast food restaurant anywhere close by.

Poor poor service my dad was at the drive thru ordering I had to use the restroom urgent so I got down to use it inside but they didn't want to let me use it they told me I had to buy something in order to use it I then explained my situation and my dad was ordering but they told me he ordered the food not me so only he could use it and not me I almost had and accident but they didn't care I will never come here again and either should you

I just had a very interesting experience at this location, when I try to place an order at the drive-thru.. according to the employee who attended the speaker, they only had service for "dine-in only " I asked her to confirm she mentioned dine in only... There was a vehicle at the window waiting for food which I had to wait for in order to get out of the drive-thru, the vehicle behind me had no issue placing order, while waiting confirmed the vehicle ahead of me obtained food and left, the vehicle behind me stop at the window and handed payment.. apparently the only person who had issue getting service from this establishment was me .. can you say discrimination!?
