John was awesome!!! We had a little wait but he was so apologetic and made up for it with his customer service and friendly smile. Even my eight-year-old daughter kept saying, "oh I like him, he is nice!" We came in hungry and thirsty, and all our expectations of customer service were met with John. It seriously pains me to leave this review as I have been a long time customer mainly on taco Tuesday. Pre-Covid it was great. The service was good, the salsa bar was good, and the food was good. Unfortunately post-covid something changed. All too frequently I go in a bit after 5 for the taco Tuesday menu with my kids and we have received the absolute worst care and service. Yet I still keep coming back thinking it must have been a fluke. On several occasions I have waited 30 minutes to get a menu, another 10 minutes to be asked for drinks, and other 20 minutes to get drinks, another twenty minutes to order food, and an unbearable amount of time (hour plus) to receive the food (just a few tacos), then another hour to get the check. Having two young hangry kids wait this long is incredibly difficult. Even after waiting so long, the tacos came out and the tortillas were very overcooked and inedible. Gave them another shot last night. Came in with my kids and were asked to seat ourselves. Took 15 minutes and no acknowledgment. When the waitress came and asked if anyone helped us yet I said no and we were just going to leave because I could see how the night was going to be. She said sorry and immediately went to the next table. Two stars because when it's not like this, the service is good and the food is good. I like the new menu even though I wish they would bring the salsa bar back.

Just a nice local sports bar/restaurant Is ot dine dining, no, but you will get a decent meal good drinks and run into a few friends from the neighborhood We dont have many sit down places in this area which makes the Beach the spot for the locals and the visitors Enjoy a drink or a meal before or after a movie They also have touchtunes which is cool so the music selection varies by the customers choices

The servers are friendly and food came out in a timely manner unfortunately the tables are dirty and so are the floors I had a hard time eating my food because I was not comfortable with the cleanliness this is definitely a bar and grill that is not a place to take your family if you have young children if you are looking for just a cold drink this place might work for you food was just Ok not bad for a bar and grill

I like they're frozen margaritas and their Taco Tuesday used to be cool but tonight we went in there and waited and waited and watched people come in after us and get their food and our server never even came back to tell us that our food was taking a long time or check on us or anything so we left It's really sad cuz there's not a lot of options here in this town and the service just gets worse and worse It's like they're drinking on the job nobody knows what's going on

We used to really love the beach. When the owners were there they spoke to the patrons and the food and service were exceptional. Now not so much.Fish and chips were the best in the area next to going to the real beach. Now they are soggy, the blue cheese dressing was amazing now its just so so. The service tonight was terrible even after we had to go up and ask for more drinks. It took an hour to get our food, which was just fish and chips and a Cobb salad.Last time we were here same thing so after giving it another chance we won't be back. Sorry to see it go down so much!!!!
