Be prepared to pay to pee ?I was heading to the restroom when the worker stated the order menu is that way. I replied oh I know I’m just heading to the rest room. To which she responded “you have to order something to use the restroom” I was like I am, my boyfriend is in line he’s paying. She said, well then I’ll give you the key when he pays. I was taken back by this. Like clearly I am going to buy something that you had to hold the key hostage until I presented a receipt was a little uncalled for.Doesn’t make me want to come back which I used to enjoy coming here but if it’s going to be like this then I’d just rather not.

idk about yall but i don’t like watching ppl make my drinks bc i don’t want the worker to feel uncomfortable so i go to a table and be on my phone till i hear something being called out that it’s my drink and mind you it’s pretty much just me bc customers who are there already got their drinks and just chillin, i wait and more customers come in and more waiting and then i noticed they got their drinks before me and im like oh did i not hear my order # or something, so i go check but the worker is nowhere in sight after those customers left and my drinks are literally on the side and nothing was called out for me to know my drinks were ready. it was weird the Thai milk tea is good but won’t be going back :3

This spot is usually really good but the staff is rude by not taking your order when there's clearly no other customer in line. The vietnamese coffee was watered down and it tasted cheap. The girl making my drink took forever and was on her phone most of the time. and no, she didn't wash her hands and had long nails. I don't think this is a go to anymore

Love their ice house coffee with mini boba. As a coffee lover that is by far my favorite.

Cute little boba place near UCR campus. I had the Taro slushy with added crystal boba, fam had strawberry smoothie, pineapple smoothie and mango smoothie, and we split an order of churros. All were very good. Service was quick.

Has good boba drinks but it doesn't seem like they have option to choose sweetness or ice levels unless you bring it up yourself to the cashier. The default sweetness of their drinks seems to be not very sweet in my opinion Was one of my first boba places and I enjoyed coming back after some years for nostalgia. I like the spiciness of their hot option for popcorn chicken, but if you can't handle spicy I do not recommend the hot level. Has a good atmosphere and they sell merchandise. I especially love the hoodies with their mascot on them. We ordered a pair of drinks and some popcorn chicken. We quickly received our drinks but it took a few more minutes to get our popcorn chicken

We made a quick boba stop on the way back to the Valley on a Saturday around 2pm! First, parking was easy - there's a huge lot!Second, service was friendly, patient, and quick. It was pretty much just us and one other party, but nonetheless, we appreciated it.Next is the food/drink!Lavender milk tea with pudding and less sweetness: the lavender flavor is pretty subtle (enough so that my partner didn't mind it, despite not usually liking these kinds of flavor profiles), and the sweetness was at just the right level for me. The milk tea flavor landed first, followed by a slight kick of lavender. It worked for me! I didn't love the texture of the egg pudding, though - while most bites were soft and smooth, some had a layer/film with a different texture.Taro coconut milk tea with boba and less sweetness: my partner said it was good - refreshing. The boba was solid! I'd say that the coconut flavor is pretty present, but my partner thought it was subtle. Popcorn chicken at medium spicy: my partner thought it was good, but we both agreed that we would have liked it to be crispier. The spiciness level was accurate, but because the spice wasn't evenly distributed, the chicken at the top of the bag seemed more spicy than the chicken at the bottom. I would have liked the chicken to be a bit more flavorful, but my partner was happy with it. We didn't really like the sauce that came with this, though.Overall, this seemed like a standard boba spot with some cute items for purchase. We wouldn't go out of our way to visit, but it wasn't a bad way to satisfy our boba craving.

FIREEEE! I don't believe I've come across a boba place that has so many facile options for milk tea! I order the honeydew milk tea with honey boba! Sooooo flavorful and sweet! Also tried the passion fruit black tea also super yummy!!

I grew up indulging on Lollicups popcorn chicken. Sad I no longer am close to one. On the bright side, the popcorn chicken and seasoning at Boba Tea House comes close! Hooray!
